Number one place to stay in beautiful Vienna if you love plants and value the environment.
Pros:

We love plants so the place was stunning! Great location- walked everywhere. Beautifully decorated. Ethically / environmentally great! Staff generous and helpful.

Cons:

Would have liked easier communication through WhatsApp and Booking.com messages as we had little access to our emails. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Great choice for Vienna!
Pros:

This is a very well organized apartment for staying in Vienna. It is very clean and has comfortable beds, a coffee machine and a safe. Close to the underground, close to the center and set up very well for travelers. It was nice to relax in a quiet neighborhood yet have good access to everything this great city has to offer. There is a reasonably priced washer and dryer for guests, some beer and wine available, a nice garden and a good grocery just around the corner. We could have stayed here for a month

Cons:

Some may be put off by the €500 damage deposit, but I understand the owners need to protect and maintain their property.

l espace ,Myriam a bien pu circuler avec son fauteuil roulant, sa clarté ,et son emplacement par rapport au métro

J'avoue ne suis pas très douée avec les nouvelles technologies et notamment les QR codes
un peu trop de plantes dans l'appart j'aime les plantes mes certaines génées pour la circulation du fauteuil,

Sustainable hotel in a great location
Pros:

The apartment and the entire building is well designed and decorated. The plants everywhere are added value. We also apreciated the sustainable aproach. There is a garden in the patio with a terrace that can be used on warmer days to eat or chill. The location was perfect for us, easy accesible from the airport, walking distance to prater a lot of cafes or restaurants around. Also the neigborhood felt very safe and nice to walk around.

Cons:

For my taste the apartment is a bit overpriced for what it offers. There is only one bedroom, the washing machine is in the common laundry room. The dining table is just extended kitchen counter with high chairs, not very good for small kids. I also do not really apreciate the online check-in process, but when I had a problem I got a quick response for my mail.

La zona comoda, vicino alla metro e a diversi servizi e ristoranti.
Tutte le istruzioni per l'accesso sono state puntuali e di facile comprensione. L'appartamento è bellissimo, mi sono convinta a sceglierlo per le foto e le buone recensioni, ma è stata una piacevole sorpresa poterci soggiornare! Letti comodi, appartamento silenzioso e perfettamente funzionale. Lo spazio cucina ha il tavolo un po' piccolo, ma ci abbiamo fatto solo la colazione.

Lovely place fulfilled the criteria absolutely full of well cared for wonderful indoor plants. Made a huge difference. Every effort to make it as eco friendly as possible from the metal kettle to the recycled toilet paper but at the same time spacious and welcoming
