Piacevole sorpresa
Pros:

La zona comoda, vicino alla metro e a diversi servizi e ristoranti.
Tutte le istruzioni per l'accesso sono state puntuali e di facile comprensione. L'appartamento è bellissimo, mi sono convinta a sceglierlo per le foto e le buone recensioni, ma è stata una piacevole sorpresa poterci soggiornare! Letti comodi, appartamento silenzioso e perfettamente funzionale. Lo spazio cucina ha il tavolo un po' piccolo, ma ci abbiamo fatto solo la colazione.

Lovely place fulfilled the criteria absolutely full of well cared for wonderful indoor plants. Made a huge difference. Every effort to make it as eco friendly as possible from the metal kettle to the recycled toilet paper but at the same time spacious and welcoming

Accessible location but not a nice area.
Pros:

Spacious.

Cons:

Property collects a huge 500eur deposit after booking and charge a fee for a foreign card. No excuse, doesn't matter what service is used. A deposit is a deposit and should not have a charge. Had to take out my own trash to their filthy garbage room when leaving. Unpleasant and unnecessary.

Il relax del verde al centro di una capitale
Pros:

Struttura assolutamente avveniristica, in ogni dettaglio inspirata alla tutela dell’ambiente, della riduzione degli sprechi. Zona molto silenziosa ma a pochi passi da una stazione importante di Vienna, ottimamente collegata con l’aeroporto e tutti i punti della città.
