Pros:

Moderni , puhdas ja viihtyisä asunto mainiolla paikalla. Erittäin hiljainen ja rauhallinen sijainti. Hoidettuja huonekasveja.

Cons:

Kahvinkeittimen kapseleita ei löytynyt kaupoista. (neliskulmaisia saatavissa vain erikoisliikkeestä)

Spacious.

Cons:

Property collects a huge 500eur deposit after booking and charge a fee for a foreign card. No excuse, doesn't matter what service is used. A deposit is a deposit and should not have a charge. Had to take out my own trash to their filthy garbage room when leaving. Unpleasant and unnecessary.

Il relax del verde al centro di una capitale
Pros:

Struttura assolutamente avveniristica, in ogni dettaglio inspirata alla tutela dell’ambiente, della riduzione degli sprechi. Zona molto silenziosa ma a pochi passi da una stazione importante di Vienna, ottimamente collegata con l’aeroporto e tutti i punti della città.

Nice stay in well maintained flat, with a lot of flowers.
Pros:

Very well equipped place with nice design and good location. The place is quiet and full with plants, which I liked very much.
The plants are everywhere and very well maintained. There is tea and coffee, fully equipped kitchen.
The bed are comfortable with nice bedding.

Cons:

I didn't like that there was no information that obligatory deposit of 500 eur needed to be paid for check-in. And it is returned one week after the stay. Today is one week later and I still do not have the money back on my account.
Also throwing the garbage on your own is a little bit odd, especially for the mixed garbage.
If possible to notify people for this deposit earlier would be nice. Could be that the person is not able to give 500 euro for one week to some one.

Pros:

Πολύ όμορφο, ήσυχο και άνετο διαμέρισμα, συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα. Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά σε σταθμό τρένου/μετρό και σε απόσταση 20' με τα πόδια από το ιστορικό κέντρο της πόλης. Σε απόσταση 3-4' με τα πόδια έχει αρκετά καφέ για πρωινό και εστιατόρια.
