Wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr funktional für Familien.
Der Poolbereich war größer als erwartet und die Wassertemperatur optimal. Die große Rutsche ist sehr kinderfreundlich und auch für kleinere nicht zu wild.
Schöner indoor und Outdoor Spielbereich. Wir konnten das Kino an einem Tag sehr flexibel zu viert auf Anfrage nutzen.

Cons:

Die Fahrzeuge im freien und die Sandspielzeuge dürften einmal generalüberholt werden. Sind halt sehr stark im gebrauch. Leider niemand anwesend der Cocktails mixen konnte. Ansonsten wirklich schön!

Im großen und Ganzen sind wir sehr zufrieden gewesen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Il kinder club più grande e bello che io abbia visto.

Il personale non parla inglese, neanche alla reception ed è assurdo in un hotel.
Tanti piccoli problemi che denotano incuria e poca professionalità dello staff. Giochi danneggiati, cassaforte rotta, cose non funzionanti.
In camera c’è il bollitore ma mancano i bicchieri e le tazze.
Scarsa pulizia sia nella sala ristorante che nella zona piscine (non ho mai visto nessuno pulire, ho visto solo un tecnico che attraversava la zona piscine con scarponi da neve e giaccone).

Pros:

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal hier und sind wieder restlos begeistert. Vor allem für die Kinder ist das Hotel ein Highlight – das 'Piratenland' ist ihr absoluter Lieblingsplatz! Das Essen ist spitze und das Team ist durchweg super freundlich.
​Ein kleines Problem mit der Balkontür, die bei der Kälte nicht ganz dicht war, wurde sofort gelöst: Die Rezeption hat uns unkompliziert und extrem nett ein neues Zimmer gegeben. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis einfach noch. Wir empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter!
