Hotel adatto alle famiglie con bambini
Pros:

L'hotel ha una vasta area esterna con giochi e strutture per bambini. Le camere erano molto pulite. Non avendo richiesto la pulizia della stanza tutti i giorni, abbiamo ricevuto uno sconto sul totale pari a 5 euro al giorno. I pasti erano a buffet con la scelta del piatto principale ogni giorno diverso. La zona piscine era confortevole, con acqua calda e scivoli per bambini e adulti. I nostri figli di 2 anni non hanno pagato per il buffet

Cons:

Il parcheggio si trova a 200 metri dalla struttura. Nulla di grave, ma comunque da segnalare. C'erano un'infinità di mosche nella zona ristoro

It really felt like a "home away from home."
Pros:

We recently stayed at this lovely hotel in Carinthia, and overall, we had a fantastic time! The highlight for our family was definitely the pool—it was perfectly heated and very nice, and our kids absolutely loved spending time in it.
The hotel has a wonderful, cozy family atmosphere. The staff is incredibly warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

Cons:

There were just a couple of minor areas for improvement. Since there are no window screens, a few flies managed to get into the dining room from the outside. Additionally, there was a small mistake with the gluten-free bread we requested, as the one we were served was unfortunately past its expiration date.

Leuk maar zeker nog ruimte voor verbeteringen.
Pros:

Het zwembad, de speeltuinen, kids club waren top. De glijbaan was een absolute topper.
De kamers waren ruim en heel proper. Zeer mooi domein
Lekker ontbijt
Gezelschapsspellen zijn aanwezig

Cons:

Bij het onthaal kregen we weinig info waardoor we alles zelf moesten uitzoeken.
De kamer was erg warm. Voor deze prijs verwacht je airco op de kamer
Het waren geen 3 volwaardige slaapkamers omdat de slaapkamer van de ouders in de living was. De kinderen moesten hier doorlopen als ze naar toilet moesten.
De frigo is erg klein en meer een minibar frigo. Er was een waterkoker maar geen tassen. Er was een microgolf maar geen borden en bestek. Er was een apart toilet maar geen lavabo om je handen te wassen
´s avonds kon je ter plaatse enkel een 6-gangen menu eten wat we voor dit type hotel een vreemde keuze vonden.
De bar was vaak onbemand waardoor deze verlaten leek

Erg geslaagd volgens de kinderen!
Pros:

Erg schoon.
Genoeg te doen voor de kinderen
Ruim opgezet
3 dagen vermaakt zonder van het hotel weg te gaan
Top dat je geld terug krijgt voor niet schoonmaken

Cons:

Veel vliegen bij buffet, misschien wat waaiers hier tegen plaatsen.
Koffieautomaat die tijdens buffet ontkalkt moet worden doe dit even voorafgaand aan buffet.
Personeel bij de kids club was niet erg initiatiefrijk/enthousiast. Verder was de kids club zeer goed alles netjes op voorraad en lag klaar!
Enige echte minpuntje was dat er geen airco is. We zaten bovenin en hier was het al.snel warm.

Urcite se moc rádi vrátíme
Pros:

Velmi příjemný personál, který vždy se vším pomohl, výborné jídlo, pro dospělé je na večeři servírované menu, což je velmi příjemná změna proti klasickému bufetu. K tomu salátový bufet. Pro děti je bufet, vždy těstoviny, rýže maso, polévka, za mě úplně dostatečné a nechapu některé negativní komentáře na jidlo.. Naopak jsem rada, ze nemeli na večeři hranolky (ty byly většinou v rámci poledního jídla).
Spousta zábavy pro děti. Dog friendly. Příjemné překvapení byla menší sleva z celkové ceny za to, že jsme nevyužili úklid (pobyt na dve noci za mne zbytečné, takze jsme dali na kliku kartičku neuklízet).

Cons:

Možná mele minus je pomalejší wifi..
