Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner et le goûter a 17h. La confiance dans le paiement des boissons. L’espace spa très agréable. Le parking sur place et la possibilité de recharger sa voiture.

Cons:

Peut être un peu loin à pied du centre ville. On entend le bruit du train quand la fenêtre est ouverte. Ménage tous les 2 jours.

Excellent location for train to lift station and superb breakfast!
Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic with amazing fresh fruit nuts seeds yoghurts and different breads .
Room was beautifully clean and well prepared.
Excellent transport by train to the base of central lift 3mins !
Staff were courteous and helpful.

Cons:

A bar area that had more comfy sofas and a staffed bar would have helped the ambience of the hotel .

Great stay in a charming hotel with fantastic facilities
Pros:

The building is maintained to a high standard, acknowledging the history of the site and alpine area.
The spa facilities are fantastic and provide a relaxing place to unwind after undertaking winter sports activities. There is a Ski locker available to store skis, and with boot warmers.

Pros:

Incredible place! Beautiful old building but fully functional. Very cozy and stylish. Great sauna area. But what distinguishes really this hotel is a very unique concept of creating a community sort of and the unmatchable hospitality. It’s literally 1 min. from the train station and after 2 minutes ride you step out at the Hahnehkamm gondola! Forget your car!

Comfy and cosy
Pros:

We chose one of the larger room types and were overall very satisfied. The bed was comfortable. The room had a kettle and an espresso machine, which was a nice touch. Clean and comfy!

We found the breakfast to be sufficient and tasty. We also enjoyed the afternoon snacks that were served. 😋

The staff were warm and friendly.

We used the sauna and steam room; both were clean and well maintained. The hotel has both indoor and outdoor parking. It’s also located right in front of the train station and bus stop, although we didn’t use public transportation during our stay.

Cons:

The bathroom amenities were unfortunately quite limited. There were separate shampoo bottles labeled for men and women, but the liquid inside was the same. There was only one all-in-one liquid product for hair, body, face, and hands. Items like cotton, shower caps, or body lotion were missing. I was particularly disappointed that there was no body lotion. Thankfully, the hairdryer was good 🙂

I also didn’t like that there was no safe in the room. Especially in a ski hotel, there should definitely be a safe to store valuables like watches or jewelry.

The hotel is located a bit outside the city center and it’s not very convenient to walk there. At night the road gets quite dark and we didn’t see anyone else walking, so it didn’t feel very comfortable.
