Good and comfortable stay, very good location, however I would reccommend to use other restaurant.
Pros:

Rooftop pool was great and also location. Bed and pillows were very nice and comfortable. Rooftop bar service was very good.

Cons:

The staff in frond desk was not very welcoming, the service in the restaurant on ground floor was quite slow, we were waiting for apperatives close to half an hour, even food arrived earlier. Usually the beverages are served very quickly in restaurants. During the breakfast the coffee was delivered extra slowly.

Excellent hotel in perfect location with roof top pool
Pros:

Location is excellent, cleanliness superb, staff excellent. This time I had breakfast option too which was superb.
The Stadtpark station is literally 5 mins walk from the hotel.
My favourite feature here is the pool, absolutely superb, roof top pool, had the most perfect swims in a morning looking out over Vienna

Goed hotel zeker een aanrader
Pros:

Een prachtig hotel met een goed verzorgd ontbijt.
Mooie inrichting en een prachtige rooftop.
Vanuit het hotel loop je zo het stadspark in en het centrum is op loopafstand. Een geweldige ervaring.

Pros:

Posizione centrale in un bel quartiere.
Personale gentile nonostante la grande affluenza di clienti da accogliere soprattutto a colazione.
Poter cenare in albergo (abbiamo preso una semplice e deliziosa Caesar salad) dopo una giornata in giro per la città, é stato molto comodo e rilassante.

Perfekt für einen Wochendtrip!
Pros:

Super stadtnahe Lage, Zimmer klein aber sauber, gutes Frühstück, wunderschöne Rooftopbar mit Pool, U-Bahn gleich in der Nähe

Cons:

Keine Klobürste im Bad, Fenster abgeschlossen, Personal sehr freundlich aber manchmal etwas überfordert und chaotisch organisiert, Cocktailauswahl sehr mau und viel zu teuer, Fernseher ging nicht, schlechtes Wlan auf Zimmer

Die Lage ist super, der Pool am Dach ein Highlight. Das Personal war freundlich

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum hat sehr wenig Kapazität. Wir mussten an beiden Tagen in einer Schlange stehen und warten dass wir einen Tisch bekommen. Wenn ich in einem Hotel extra Frühstück dazu buche würde ich mir das anders erwarten.

Die Atmosphäre des Hotels hat uns voll und ganz abgeholt. Es hat Spaß gemacht.
Pros:

Personal ist mit der Stresssituation beim Frühstück (s.u.) mehr als gut umgegangen, war immer sehr freundlich.
Gefallen hat uns die Atmosphäre des Hotels, das freundliche Personal, die nicht vergleichbare Dachterrasse mit dem dazugehörigen Top Personal.

Cons:

Das morgendliche Frühstück war mit Wartezeiten verbunden. Zum einem aus Platzmangel, hier konnten wir ins Foyer, des Hotels ausweichen. Zum Anderen lag es aus meiner Sicht an zu wenig Personal. Das Buffet war etwas spärlich, es fehlten täglich Gläser, Löffel, Teller etc.. Das ausgelegte Obst erschien nicht ganz frisch. In unserem Zimmer fehlten die Möbelschubladen, im Möbelkonzept für unser Hotelzimmer nicht berücksichtigt.
Reinigung, des Zimmers war zweimal gut und einmal nicht ausreichend, es wurden die benutzen Gläser und Tassen nicht gereinigt, der Mülleimer nicht geleert. Die Aufforderung ans Reinigungspersonal die fehlende Milch und Süssstoff für den morgendlichen Kaffee im Hotelzimmer nachzulegen wurde jeden Tag ignoriert oder es war einfach nur eine sprachliche Barriere und möchte hier keine Absicht unterstellen.

La vista de la habitación.

Cons:

Durante el Check in no se avisó de la "room refresh", que si quieres que te limpien y ordenen la habitación, tienes que avisar antes de las 11am. Tienen un cartelito en la recepción que lo indica. No obstante no te lo comentan durante el check in. Por otra parte, no hay armario en la habitación ni un escritorio. En el baño no se dispone de espejo de cortesía ni colgadores para las toallas. Además de no tener espacio para las maletas, con lo que se desminuye mucho el confort. La sala de desayunos está muy concurrida y poca oferta de comida.
