Outstanding room, nice facilities, and friendly staff - a perfect stay in the Tyrolian alps
Pros:

Modern, spacious and comfortable family suite. Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant Luis not only serving breakfast but is also an excellent place for having dinner. Pool, fitness and wellness areas are not huge but perfectly suitable and of high standards (the view of Nauders Castle from the sauna is just gorgeous).

Pros:

In diesem Hotel war einfach alles perfekt – vom Zimmer bis hin zum traumhaften Ausblick auf alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück war köstlich und die Betten waren unglaublich bequem. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Für uns ein Highlight mit Wiederholungspotenzial
Pros:

Nach einem Wechsel (Danke Christian!) hatten wir eine wunderschöne Suite mit Tal- und Bergblick, Abendsonne und viel Ruhe!
Der Spabereich im obersten Geschoss ist ein Hit!
Das Personal ist freundlich, flink und flexibel bei Extrawünschen!
Der kostenlose Platz in der Tiefgarage wird sehr geschätzt

Cons:

etwas bequemere Liegestühle auf der Terrasse hätte uns gefallen!
Zudem, nur als Anregung: die Gäste bei der Auswahl des Frühstückstischs mit einbeziehen

Pros:

- geräumiges Apartment mit super Ausstattung
- alles wie beschrieben, tolles Spa, guter Fitnessraum, schöner kleiner Pool mit toller Aussicht

Pros:

-Zimmer 902-

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer (80qm / Zimmer 902) war mehr als ausreichend groß, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, das andere Zimmer mit Doppelbett und Hochbett. Viele Verstaumöglichkeiten. Zwei vollwertige Bäder, eins mit Dusche, das andere mit Badewanne. Die Sauberkeit war hier tadellos!
Handtücher waren mehr als genug vorhanden und auch an Toilettenpapier und Küchenrolle wurde nicht gespart. Volle Flaschen Seife/Duschlotion und Spülmittel.
Während unserem Aufenthalt war es Abends und in der Nacht immer sehr ruhig, waren aber auch im Erdgeschoss.
Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden.
Schöner Ausblick

Cons:

- Zimmer 902 -

Betten waren uns deutlich zu weich, vielleicht auch schon durchgelegen? Sehr tiefe Kuhlen in allen Matratzen. Küchenausstattung nicht ganz vollständig, es fehlen Sachen wie Deckel für die Pfannen (Beim Kochen hat man dadurch die ganze Arbeitsfläche verschmutzt), vernünftige Messer (Sie waren sehr instabil im Griff), Spülbürste und Schwamm haben und konnten wir nicht nutzen, da dort lange schwarze Haare drin waren.
Auf dem Sofa waren Haare, wir vermuten Tierhaare, vorallem an der Rückseite des Sofas.
Die große Terrasse war sehr leer, nur Tisch und Stühle und zwei Sonnenliegen.
Der Tisch war schon etwas abgenutzt an den Kanten.
Bei der Außenfassade ist der Putz von der Wand abgefallen, sieht nicht gepflegt aus. Außenbeleuchtung lässt sich nicht steuern?, ging kurz nach 22 Uhr aus.
Die Wand in der Küche (Sitzbereich) war leider etwas verschmutzt, sollte man mal ausbessern
Der Tresor des Zimmers befand sich direkt im Schrank neben dem Eingang und war nicht festgeschraubt.
Frühstück ist nur Durchschnitt, nichts besonderes. Es gab keine Abwechslung.
Leider schmeckten die Brötchen wie vom Vortag, einmal so gewesen.
Gut das genügend Parkflächen vorhanden sind, jedoch fänden wir eine Zuweisung der Parkfläche besser, falls es mal zu Beschädigungen am Fahrzeug kommt.

Pros:

Sehr nette Eigentümer und sehr nettes Personal. Super Zimmer.Alles da was man braucht.Sehr sauber und Restaurant/Bar direkt im Haus. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Cons:

Der Raum für das deponieren von Fahrrädern ist auf Ski ausgelegt und daher relativ klein. Man muss di bikes an Wand/Säulen anlehnen. Aber man kommt zurecht.
