Môžem odporučiť každému, kto sa chystá do tejto lokality, bude spokojný so službami.

It was a very good stay.
Pros:

The property was so clean. The buffet food was amazing. I was surprised that they offered card for the cable cars which we did really enjoy. The staff were amazing. Mario was very friendly and warm with everyone, he makes sure that we don’t lack anything.The spas are also fabulous. Everything was really great. We could wnjoy our time and chill from the city life.

Cons:

The sound of the water coming from the pipes right above our heads while sleeping. It was so strong.
The room we stayed in was missing a bar. It would be nice if existed even a boiler would be nice to have so that we can have our late night tee at our own room.
We were surprised to find ourselves the only young couple there 😅 but it was manageable.

Wir haben es trotz der paar Kleinigkeiten, sehr genossen. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, Chefleute sympathisch und freundlich, tolles Service - hervorragendes Essen, sehr guter E-Mountainbike Verleih. Toller, neuer Wellnessbereich, mit versch. Saunen, Eisgrotte und herrlichem Ruheraum im Rooftop.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. (Unter der Eingangstüre breiter Lichtschlitz)Fast alle Türen im Hotel waren „selbstschliessend“, was in der Früh und Abends teilweise sehr störend laut war.

Pros:

Super Frühstück, Halbpension + war sehr angenehm. Service Personal und Wohlfühlsituation war sehr positiv. Das Hotel erfüllte alle Erwartungen und war sehr familiär. Wellnessbereich war wunderschön.

Fantastischer Familienskiurlaub, rundum gelungen
Pros:

Es hat uns alles gutgefallen, schönes Ambiente in ruhiger Lage, sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Essen, äußerst zuvorkommende Bedienung, höchst zufriedenstellende Sauberkeit und grosszügige Zimmer.

Gelungener Kurzurlaub zum Ski-Opening

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in vollen Zügen genossen. Bereits bei der Ankunft überzeugte die großzügige und gut organisierte Parkmöglichkeit, bequem, sicher und direkt am Haus gelegen.

Das Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Besonders hervorzuheben sind das bequeme Bett, die hochwertige Ausstattung sowie die angenehme Ruhe, die für erholsame Nächte sorgte.

Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: eine reichhaltige Auswahl an frischen, regionalen und internationalen Speisen, liebevoll präsentiert und regelmäßig aufgefüllt. Ob süß oder herzhaft, hier kommt jeder auf seine Kosten.

Auch das Abendessen im hauseigenen Restaurant war ausgezeichnet. Die Speisekarte bot eine gelungene Mischung aus Klassikern und kreativen Gerichten, alles frisch zubereitet und geschmacklich auf hohem Niveau. Der Service war aufmerksam und herzlich, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken.

Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
