Sehr schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage als Ausgangspunkt zum Hauser Kaibling und für Wanderungen:
Frühstücksbuffet und Abendessen wunderbar
Wellnesszone sehr ruhig und entspannend.

Wyjazd rodzinny, tygodniowy, narciarski - jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w hotelu. Polecam.
Pros:

Śniadanie w formie szwedzkiego stołu - bardzo duży wybór herbat, jajka na 3 sposoby, dużo wędlin i serów głównie regionalnych, smalec ze skwarkami, mleko, owsianka, jogurty, pomidory, papryka, oliwki oraz na deser ciasta.
Objadokolacja z pysznymi zupami i możliwością wyboru przeważnie dwóch rodzajów dań głównych, do tego napoje(za dodatkową opłatą), oraz słodkie desery, lody i owoce. W okresie pomiędzy śniadaniem a objadokolacją dostępne przekąski.
Poza tym w hotelu, po całym aktywnym dniu na nartach można się zrelaksować w świetnie przygotowanym spa-wellness - duży basen, sauna parowa, fińska, komora lodowa, leżaki... Pokoje w hotelu duże, zadbane, czyste, codziennie sprzątane.
Świetna lokalizacja hotelu tuż przy przystanku z którego Skibus zawozi pod samą gondolę.

Cons:

Menu po niemiecku. Soki do śniadania bardzo rozcieńczone, fajnie by było gdyby była możliwość zrobienia soku ze świeżych owoców. Brak polskich kanałów w TV - choć to najmniejszy problem.

Es war alles perfekt! Ein sehr sauberes, toll dekoriertes mit jedem Komfort geführtes Hotel. Die Chefs und Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam und immer freundlich. Die Lage zum Schi Gebiet sehr gut. Schibus direkt vorm Hotel.

Môžem odporučiť každému, kto sa chystá do tejto lokality, bude spokojný so službami.

It was a very good stay.
Pros:

The property was so clean. The buffet food was amazing. I was surprised that they offered card for the cable cars which we did really enjoy. The staff were amazing. Mario was very friendly and warm with everyone, he makes sure that we don’t lack anything.The spas are also fabulous. Everything was really great. We could wnjoy our time and chill from the city life.

Cons:

The sound of the water coming from the pipes right above our heads while sleeping. It was so strong.
The room we stayed in was missing a bar. It would be nice if existed even a boiler would be nice to have so that we can have our late night tee at our own room.
We were surprised to find ourselves the only young couple there 😅 but it was manageable.

Wir haben es trotz der paar Kleinigkeiten, sehr genossen. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Sehr nettes Personal, Chefleute sympathisch und freundlich, tolles Service - hervorragendes Essen, sehr guter E-Mountainbike Verleih. Toller, neuer Wellnessbereich, mit versch. Saunen, Eisgrotte und herrlichem Ruheraum im Rooftop.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. (Unter der Eingangstüre breiter Lichtschlitz)Fast alle Türen im Hotel waren „selbstschliessend“, was in der Früh und Abends teilweise sehr störend laut war.

Super Frühstück, Halbpension + war sehr angenehm. Service Personal und Wohlfühlsituation war sehr positiv. Das Hotel erfüllte alle Erwartungen und war sehr familiär. Wellnessbereich war wunderschön.
