Pros:

Super modernes Zimmer, top Wellnessbereich mit 2 Saunen und Hallenbad. Sprudelwasser so viel man will.
Alles gepflegt und modern.
Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Dass es wegen einer Fehlkonstruktion der Decke in der Dampfkammer leider ständig heruntertropft. Das ist grauslich. Ein Dampfbadbauer müsste wissen, dass man hier keine gerade Decke einziehen darf. Sondern diese muss entweder ein Gefälle auf eine Seite haben, oder vom mittig höchsten Punkt allseits zu den Wänden laufen, sodass Schwitzwasser nicht heruntertropfen muss, sondern seitlich abrinnen kann.
Doch dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

Schlimmer Service bei später Anreise und extreme versteckte Ladegebühren

Das Frühstück war recht ordentlich.

Cons:

Schlechter Service am Abend: Trotz vorheriger Info ein nerviger Anruf des Portiers, wo ich bleibe.
Keine Hilfsbereitschaft: Der Portier konnte keine Auskunft zur Bedienung der Ladesäulen geben.
Schlechte Ausstattung: Die Ladesäulen auf dem Parkplatz waren unbeleuchtet und schlecht beschriftet.
Wucher bei den Ladekosten: Über 74,- € Stand-/Nutzungsgebühr zusätzlich zum Strom (34,- €) ohne jeden Hinweis.

Pros:

The location is quiet and in a nice landscape. However , the rooms are in a new building, not the old castle . Rooms are medium/small , with spartan furniture. No balcony. Brakfast is modest. Minibar empty but fridge is opperational , so bring your own drinks/goodies. Very small dressing. Good wifi. The place is basically a convention centre not really a hotel. Big parking. Efficient individual A/C ( not centralized, much better).

Cons:

Services non-existent. The coffee machine in the room was broken and was not replaced for 3 days. Only a few german tv channels. In 3 days, only one cleaning service. Everything closes at 10 pm including some terraces , so everybody goes to sleep at 10 pm.

Für Events und Seminare ausgelegt, individual Gäste kommen zu kurz.
Pros:

Die Lage Hotels (für Ausflüge) ist gut und der Schlosspark ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist eindeutig mehr auf Events und Seminare ausgelegt, individual Gäste werden etwas vernachlässigt.
1- Beim Check-in wurden wir nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass das Hotel abgesperrt wird und dann nur mehr über die Garage betreten werden kann - perfekt wenn man vor geschlossenen Türen steht und müde in sein Zimmer will.
2- Die "Bar" (ein Teil des Restaurants) sperrte um 22:00 zu und wir wurden aufgefordert sogar die Bar-Terrasse zu verlassen, da auch diese abgesperrt wurde? (trotz zusätzlich vorhandenen, unabhängigen Zugang vom Restaurant)
3- Trotz der notwendigen (digitaler) Buchung des Zimmerservices wurden die Handtücher nicht getauscht. (Es gab auch keinen Hinweis dies separat bestellen zu müssen)
4- Am Wochenende gab es im Restaurant keine à la carte Küche, nur ein etwas überteuertes Buffet.
Alle diese Themen haben uns zu der Überzeugung gebracht, dass der Focus des Hotelbetriebes auf Feiern, Seminare etc. liegt. Wahrscheinlich ist es da auch zu empfehlen, für individual Gäste leider nicht. Insbesondere da auch der Preis für eine Übernachtung mit Frühstück von 265 Euro anderes erwarten lässt.

pekné prostredie - prechádzka okolo jazierka a zámočku.

vysoké ceny,
