Die Unterkunft ansich war sehr schön und hatte gute Öffi Anbindungen

Cons:

Wir hatten am zweiten Morgen Ameisen im Zimmer, auch im Bett, sogar am Kopfkissen. Wir haben es dem Reinigungspersonal gemeldet und auch bei der Rezeption. Keiner wollte uns helfen und somit mussten wir den Aufenthalt vorzeitig abbrechen. Haben nichtmal eine Nacht rückerstattet bekommen, da das Hotel uns dies nicht geben wollte. Mussten somit ein neues Hotel buchen und hatten somit mehr Kosten als gewünscht.

Szuper. Ár-érték arányban verhetetlen.
Pros:

Nagyon tiszta, közel a Hetzendorf megallóhoz. Egy egész lakás, minden volt benne ami kell.

Location was not so bad.

Cons:

They have a system that requires you to enter your address and name to register yourself and get an automatic key from the box. If you miss this time after midnight, you will lose your booking. I was traveling and arrived at 23:55, so I had only 5 minutes to register and get the key. It was too much stress and a very unpleasant experience. The infoline guy told me he was tired and didn't want to talk, then he disconnected. Plus, the oven in the kitchen was dirty. The receptionist woke me up at 7:00 AM by ringing the doorbell and asking for someone's car. It was the worst experience ever. Never again will I stay at this place.
If you traveling and need convinient quick process then take hotel.
