Pros:

Sehr freundliches,zuvorkommendes,hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer war sauber und schön, wir hatten uns wohl gefühlt.

Pros:

Wir waren zu fünft dort, dass Apartment war sehr geräumig. Sehr viel Platz, eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse und zwei Badezimmer. Betten sind sehr bequem. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Gleich daneben gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einen Döner Kebab Laden, der auch am Feiertag geöffnet hatte.

Cons:

Keine Klima, daher war es sehr warm. Hier und da Spinnweben und Spinnen. Im Badezimmer roch es leider sehr eigenart und kein Geschirrspüler. Es ist sehr laut wegen der stark befahrenen Straße.

The possibility to check in independently, the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms, comfortable beds, the staff always answers the phone and helped recover forgotten headphones at the hotel! Thank you! We didnt had a problem find a parking spot on nearby street and for free

Cons:

We did not understand how to lower the blinds in the rooms for sleeping and forgot to mention to staff that we wanted all 3 beds to be prepared, including the sofa bed.

La ubicación, ya que está al lado del palacio Schonbrunn.

Cons:

La limpieza, encontramos pelos en las camas, en las toallas y suelo (especialmente baño). Debajo de la mesa de la cocina había migas de pan (se veía claramente que no se ha limpiado). A una de las habitaciones no le funciona una bombilla, en uno de los baños no se puede duchar, ya que esta atascado y el agua se acumula y sale y tampoco tenía shampoo y/o gel.
Todo esto se comentó en recepción poco después del check in, ya que salíamos.....pues no se hizo nada.

Pros:

Dvoetažni apartman s terasom u potkrovlju zgrade ima dvije sobe s udobnim bračnim krevetima i sofu na razvlačenje u dnevnom boravku pa je takav smještaj bio odličan izbor za našu obitelj s dvoje velike djece. Javni prijevoz tramvajem br.62 do centra Beča ima stanicu blizu apartmana, a niti željeznica nije daleko. Parking je dostupan po cijeni 20 eura dnevno u samoj zgradi.

Pros:

Einfacher Self-Check-in ab 18:00, geräumig, gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis.

Cons:

Geruch war im Zimmer etwas unangenehm.

Cons:

Very unpleasant experience, when booking it said that parking is included in the price, when I paid and booked I was told that there is an extra charge of 20e and that the reception is only open from 2pm to 6pm and that only then is it possible to get parking, I immediately asked for a free cancellation but they didn't let me. I arrived late in the evening, nobody was there and I had nowhere to park my car.

Prijetno, udobno, čisto
Pros:

Dobro opremljen manjši apartman, ki ima čisto vse za bivanje dveh oseb. Kopalnica je zadovoljivo velika, kuhinja pa omogoča samostojno pripravo vseh obrokov. V kleti je privat garaža (plačljiva), kjer pustite avto popolnoma brez skrbi. V bližini (5 min. hoje) so trgovine z osnovnimi potrebščinami ter postaje javnega prevoza.

Cons:

V času bivanja je bila restavracija v nastanitvi v obnovi in ni obratovala. Zelo blizu je glavna ulica in se promet sliši tudi ponoči, sicer ni zelo moteče, če so okna zaprta.

Legközelebb is visszamennék.
Pros:

Csupán egy éjszakát töltöttünk ott a családommal, összesen öten.
Alapvetően jól felszerelt szállás.
Nagyon jó, hogy két fürdőszoba van.
20m-re van egy arab üzlet, ami szombaton is este 9-ig nyitva van.
Vasárnap a közeli Ströck pékségben fejedelmi reggelit ettünk. A vasárnapi nyitvatartásnak külön örültünk, mert egyébként Bécsben vasárnap szinte semmi sincs nyitva.
Nagyon jó, hogy közel van az S-Bahn megállója, amivel közvetlenül be lehet jutni a városközpontba.

Cons:

A parkolás nehézségét sokan írták, viszont nekem szerencsém volt, mert hétvégén voltunk és az apartmanház előtt pont felszabadult egy hely, így az utcán ingyen tudtam parkolni.
Az egyik hálószobában a mennyezeti világítás nem működött, valamint az egyik fürdőszobában a kád leeresztő dugója el volt törve. Ezeket nyilván nem fél órás munka megjavítani, így valamennyire érthető. Viszont volt másik lámpa, amivel tudunk világítani és a dugót is azért lehetett használni.
A két fürdőszobában a tusfürdő és samponadagolók üresek voltak, ami egyébként apróság.

Pros:

Check-in was easy, appartment was functional and well located.

Cons:

- The apartment wasn't cleaned properly, floors were dusty, dirty laundry was in the washing machine
- The apartment smelled like smoking
- Beds were only made for 4 people, although the booking was made for 2+4

...and when all these were communicated by to the owner, no answer arrived. A pity.
