The apartments look way better in the pictures than in reality, in general the quality of the furniture as well as the cleanliness were very deficient, but I guess it’s okay if you’re staying for one night and don’t want to spend a lot of money. The worst part was the parking, at the reception they told us that you pay “by night”, that means 20€ per night, we stayed one night and arrived at the accommodation at 16:30, the next morning during the check-out we asked if we could extend the parking (so that at least we would be paying 20€ a day and not a night, which was extremely overpriced), they told us that it was not possible because other guests may come and need the parking spot. In the end we had to pay another 20€, which meant 40€ for 24h parking and it was empty!!! Tip for the management: if you know you don’t have more guests arriving it’s always a nice detail to offer your current guests the parking without extra payment, that way I would be writing a much more positive review and you won’t lose future guests.

Es war kein Badvorleger vorhanden, der Fernseher ist für die Entfernung zum Bett zu klein,

Dienkommunikatio erwies sich als schwierig. Auf meine deutschen Anfragen bekam ich englische antworten die nicht meiner frage entsprachen. Zusätzlich wurden wir leider 2 mal gefragt wann wir nun eigentlich anreisen Wollen, obwohl das schon bekannt gegeben wurde.

Da der Parkplatz nur in bar bezahlt werden kann und nur vor ort reserviert werden kann wsr mir das dann zu zippelig und wir haben bei einem p+r geparkt.
Dort angekommen wr die Rezeption unbesetzt. Wir haben gewartet, dann haben wir vorne geläutet... nichts geschah obwohl die klingel schon echt laut war. Nach einiger Zeit kam ein Zimmermädchen das gefragt hat was wir wollen. Unsere Antwort war einchecken und ihre Aussage dazu. "Musst du warten". Immerhin hat das Zimmermädchen dann doch die bürotür aufgemacht und der rezeptionist sas die ganze zeit dahinter. Was sind das für schalldichte Türen dass der unsere "hallos" und dadurch klingeln nicht gehört hat?

Der Check in ging dann aber auch flüssig voran und wir bekamen die Zimmer Schlüssel. Das Zimmer war unerwartet modern und groß eingerichtet. Der erste Eindruck war wirklich positiv. Doch dann... Fenster total schmutzig (von beiden Seiten) am Boden im Bad Haare (nicht eines das übersehen wurde... Büschel von er Bürste) eine klebrige Teller am Boden (ausgeschüttet Saft?) Und die Zierleiste am Boden total voller Staub. Auf dem Bild im umher war noch der grose Hinweis drauf dass die Schutzfolie entfernt werden muß. Der Fernseher funktioniert sehr langsam.

Ολόκληρο το διαμέρισμα ειναι σε δύο πατώματα ειναι πάρα πολύ βρόμικο, στο ψυγείο υπήρχε ενα ξεχασμένο γλυκό από προηγούμενους επισκέπτες δεν εχω ιδέα πόσο καιρό θα ήτανε και θα ειναι στο ψυγείο σε προηγούμενα σχόλια από άλλους επισκέπτες του ξενοδοχείου το είχαν αναφέρει ειναι το σύστημα τους. Πλήρωσα για μια νύχτα 217,60 ευρώ για τζακούζι και για σάουνα τα οποία βέβαια τα διαφημίζουν αλλα δεν λένε πως δεν λειτουργούν το ανέφερα γραπτώς στην ρεσεψιόν και δεν έλαβα καμια απάντηση, οι θέσεις στάθμευσης ειναι σε υπογειο αλλα παρα πολυ μικρες δεν συστηνεται καθολου για αυτοκινητα τζιπ. Δεν το συστήνω αλλα και ουτε θα το ξαναεπισκεφτω.
