Very disappointed, what a shame that this nicely renovated property has been allowed to deteriorate so much!
Pros:

The apartments are very spacious and have been recently renovated. The heating was woking pretty well during wintertime. Unfortunately that’s where the positives end.

Cons:

Unfortunately it only looks good in the pictures! Upon entering the lobby we were greeted by the foul smell that permeates the entire building, and an offensively strong perfume copiously applied everywhere in an attempt to cover this up. The foyer and the apartments themselves were extremely dirty (layers of dust everywhere, stains on the walls, furniture, couch, and even on the bedding, mould in the bathroom and kitchen…). Overall extremely disappointing, what could have been a nice property has been run down completely. Real shame. This part of Vienna is also completely unappealing, unless you need to be somewhere in the vicinity there is absolutely no reason to choose this location. Finally, the parking - beware that there is only a hydraulic platform option in the hotel, and this can only be opened by the receptionist, meaning once you put your car in (if it fits!) you can only get to it between 8-10 am and 3-6 pm or something like that. There is absolutely no possibility to park anywhere else within walking distance during weekdays for longer than 2 hours. Overall not recommended!

Непогані апарти на периферії Відня

Cons:

При заселенні отримали відмову - апарти, зі слів портьє, розраховані на 2 осіб. Ми були втрьох (третя людині - маленька дитина). Адміністратор відмовив в поселенні, не віддав ключ, єдиний вихид - купити ще один номер. Зважаючи на вечірній час, втому, необхідність відпочинку дитини довелось заплатити за ще одні апарти, лише тоді нам віддали ключі.
Повністю зіпсоване враження та настрій, фінансові втрати 60 євро.

Trotz Mangel an Sauberkeit würde ich wieder buchen, weil die Vorteile für mich überwiege

Gute Lage für mich, Garage vorhanden!
Netter Herr am Empfang! Grosszügige, helle Räume! Ruhige Schlafzimmer

Cons:

Die Räume sind leider sehr abgenutzt. Fenster dreckig und es war nicht wirklich sauber geputzt

المكان جدا وسخ القذارة بالأوتيل مانها طبيعة الحمام مقرف ولا يوجد شامبو الوسادات عليهن وسخ وفيهن ريحة قذرة ايضاً وجدنا فأر مع صغارها داخل التخت ، هذه المرة الثانية احجز في هذا الاوتيل ولم أجد فرق في المرتان والأهم من كل ذالك موظف الاستقبال جدا سيئ المعاملة لا انصح لا انصح

Extrem dreckig.
Kühlschrank voll mit angebrauchten Lebensmitteln vom Vorgänger. Zigarettenstummeln auf der Terasse. Sauna verdreckt, Licht defekt.Whirlpool ausgelassen. Getränkeflaschen unter dem Bett vom Vormieter…….mitarbeiter wissen nur eines, nämlich das, was nicht geht

Spatios confortabil, aproape de transportul public, magazine, terasa mare plus.

Cons:

Mi-ar fi plăcut daca curățenia în bucătărie era mai in detaliu. ( Am găsit firimituri,veselă cu urme de mâncare).
