Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und einladend, es gibt in der Küche alles was man braucht .

Cons:

In der Dusche bzw. im Bad allgemein war es recht dreckig und Verschimmelt, siehe Fotos auf den Lampen war sehr viel Staub . Im allgemeinen könnte man mehr Wert auf Sauberkeit legen. Morgens um 9:00 Uhr hab ich mich unter die Dusche gestellt und wollte duschen , nachdem einseifen stelze ich fest das nur noch Eiskaltes Wasser aus der Dusche kam , weder in der Küche noch im Bad gab es Heißwasser nach einem Anruf beim Support hat sich das Problem auch nicht geklärt, eine richtige Entschuldigung gab es auch nicht . Ich musste mich mit dem Eiskalten Wasser abduschen.

Cons:

Negli alloggi c'è tutto... proprio tutto. Manca una sola cosa che ci avrebbe fatto piacere l'asciuga capelli.

Séjour catastrophique ! À notre arrivée, l’enregistrement online ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons dû attendre dehors dans le froid pendant une demi-heure. D’autres personnes des locations d’à côté sont sortis nous prévenir qu’il s’était passé la même chose pour eux, hors rien n’a été réglé entre temps alors qu’ils avaient connaissance du problème. Nous avons appelé l’assistance qui était complètement désintéressé et avec qui le dialogue était compliqué. À l’intérieur, le logement était sale, sol collant ! Draps sales, la douche ne s’écoulait pas car les canalisations étaient remplies de cheveux, poils et de résidus de saleté, des poils sur les draps des lits, la vaisselle laissée dans le lave-vaisselle, une cuisine mal équipée et surtout un sol sale et collant. Rien n’avait été nettoyé entre les réservations. Je ne vous recommande pas du tout le logement.

Check in Zeit nicht eingehalten —> Reinigungsfirma war erst um 15:30 fertig und es war nicht sauber
