Great spot in the centre of Leidesplein, Amsterdam

Cons:

I had a nightmare experience with Limehome. The digital door code for Suite 301 stopped working in the evening. I was locked out for over 4 hours despite repeatedly contacting support through the app. They were slow, kept asking for videos, and gave only vague responses instead of sending help.
Eventually a locksmith arrived and we had to physically kick the door in to gain access. The door is now badly damaged and does not close or lock properly. All my belongings and medication were trapped inside the room the entire time.
The “no reception, everything by app” model completely fails when something goes wrong. Very poor customer service and unreliable system.
Would not recommend Limehome at all.

Comfortable bed

Cons:

No housekeeping despite being there 5 nights, so had to request top up toilet rolls and towels online, and only 4 coffee pods entire stay.
Very noisy late at night.

Me cancelaron faltando 10 minutos para entrar y se quedaton 2 senana con mi dinero y era mi alojamiento para descansar porwue escogi amsterdam para celebrar mi cumpleaños y limehome para descansar y estropearon todo mi cumpleaños no tenia donde descansar porque no tenia dibero suficiente para pagar otro hotel

The pillows on the bed were a bit small and very soft - personal preference really

The stairs about finished us off- next time we will book a lower floor
