1. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה דלה למדי ללא הרבה מבחר ולא משתנה מיום ליום.
2. המזרון במיטה היה רך מדי

El hotel no tiene recepción. Solo camareras en el desayuno que no hablan inglés ni español.
La limpieza: cuando llegamos, la habitación estaba limpia (aunque la sábana que cubre el edredón estaba rota en varios sitios). El problema es que el 2º día (teníamos 4 noches) no pasó nadie a limpiar la habitación (cosa que vimos cuando llegamos a dormir). Al día siguiente llamé a un teléfono de "emergencias" y me responden que eso no es un hotel, es un airbnb (cosa que no se especifica en Booking en ningún sitio, como les indiqué), que solo limpian de vez en cuando... muy mal trato al cliente. Aunque ese día sí limpiaron, al día siguiente no.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden jedoch nicht erfüllt. Wir mussten feststellen, dass die Angaben auf der Homepage nicht den Tatsachen entsprechen. , Balkon ungepflegt. Festgestellt haben wir, dass es überhaupt keine Rezeption gibt. Im Eingangsbereich wird das Frühstück eingenommen. Das Frühstück ist ein kleines Buffet mit täglich gleichem Angebot. Frische Eierspeisen gibt es nicht, nur hartgekocht. Personal nicht gerade freundlich, spricht sehr wenig englisch, sonst nur mit Übersetzungsapp. Zimmerservice findet nicht jeden Tag statt. Es wurden einmal für eine Person Handtücher vergessen, für eine Reklamation liegen 2 Telefonnummern aus, dort ist niemand erreichbar und es wurde auch nicht zurückgerufen. Zimmerausstattung, Kühlschrank nicht vorhanden, vorhanden 2 Kaffeebecher, keine Gläser, kein Besteck etc. Fazit: Lage und Zimmer OK, würden es zu diesem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr buchen.

Todo me pareció excelente.

I stayed at this property for three nights and, unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.

The biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing. My room had a constant background noise, possibly from an air-conditioning system, elevator, or generator nearby. Sound also travels easily through the building, particularly via the internal staircase, so conversations from the breakfast/reception area can often be heard from the rooms. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise/light, I would strongly recommend bringing earplugs and an eye mask. In addition to the noise issues, there are several illuminated switches and control panels in the room that remain visible throughout the night, making it difficult to achieve complete darkness.

It is also worth noting that this is a self-service accommodation, not really a full-service hotel. There is no proper lobby area, no 24-hour reception, no daily housekeeping service, and no luggage storage service. The common area is essentially a breakfast room, which, during my stay, was not particularly comfortable. No AC/Heating in the breakfast area.

The room itself was acceptable, but in my opinion, overpriced for what is offered.

I also found the location less convenient than expected. Unless you are planning to rely on the metro or taxis, there are more attractive and better-positioned areas to stay in Athens.

The breakfast was particularly disappointing. In a country known for its excellent fresh products and food culture, I expected much more. The selection was very limited, the fruit and vegetables lacked flavour, and the coffee was among the weakest I have had during my travels in Greece.

Durin the first night, I contacted the property through the Booking.com messaging platform to request either a room change or a refund for the remaining nights so that I could find alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, both requests were declined.

El constante envio de notificaciones y correos . Para no mentir recibí durante mi primera estadía sl menos 6 notificaciones de booking con copia al correo electrónico. Repiten información insistentemente al punto que pregunte si había algún problema con nosotros como huéspedes. Creo que el problema es que esta todo demasiado automatizado y no hay quien chequee qué realmente haya respuesta

De kamer was jammer genoeg niet proper. Kasten en lampen zaten onder het stof. De bovenste kast boven onze tv zat naast een dikke laag stof ook vuil op. We hebben hier een melding van gemaakt en de poetsvrouw heeft praktisch niets proper gemaakt buiten onze vuilbakjes opgeruimd. Daarnaast waren de kasten kapot. De druksystemen op de kasten werkten niet waardoor de kasten heel moeilijk open te krijgen waren. De deur van de kast van de lavabo in de badkamer zat ook niet goed vast waardoor we schrik hadden dat deze deur gingen vallen.
Daarnaast was er een toestel naast onze kast afgeplakt met zwarte tape en een plastiek papier wat ons ook niet echt vertrouwen gaf. Om eerlijk te zijn hadden we een ander beeld over onze kamer en voldeed de kamer niet aan onze verwachtingen. We betaalden rond de 180 euro per nacht dan verwacht je wel betere service en kwaliteit.
