Nous avions eu un vrai coup de cœur pour cet établissement en 2024. Il a malheureusement perdu son âme. Les boîtes à clés ont remplacé le personnel charmant de l’époque. Le petit déjeuner maison délicieux et avec des spécialités locales a laissé la place à des produits industriels très moyens. Les matelas s’enfoncent, la propreté laisse à désirer et le personnel du matin au petit déjeuner pas très aimable est plus occupé à passer ses appels : les clients doivent ouvrir la porte aux livreurs que la personne en question voit mais ignore et cette personne ne répond pas quand on lui dit bonjour (car ne comprend manifestement pas ce qu’on lui demande) et se contente de vous montrer les deux numéros affichés sur le comptoir. Nous avons eu un problème avec le coffre mais impossible de joindre les deux numéros indiqués. Il a fallu passer par Booking et tout est finalement rentré dans l’ordre sans intervention de l’hôtel qui n’a répondu à nos messages que près de trois heures. Bref nous n’y retournerons pas.

Unfortunately, the hotel lacks maintenance and the breakfast was disappointing. There is no reception, and staying on the ground floor was quite noisy due to other guests, breakfast preparations, and staff playing music loudly even before breakfast service started. It’s also not within easy walking distance of the main tourist attractions. Overall, while it has some positives, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The fact that they don't have a reception was problematic for us first day because we arrived very early but couldn't leave our luggage. They found a solution for us for our last day after check out to leave our luggage and make our experience better. Thank you for the solution.

Lack of reception staff on arrival and the woman serving breakfast was INCREDIBLY rude. Really put me the off the place. I will not be recommending or returning sadly

The room did not have a fridge and I couldn't have a fresh drink during those really hot summer nights. Also the staff was really awkward. Breakfast was very rudimentary.

Δεν είχε καθαριότητα στις 3 ημέρες διαμονής μας. Επίσης στα δωμάτια στο ισόγειο ακούγεται φασαρία από την αίθουσα πρωινού.

Η καθαριότητα στην βεράντα. Δεν υπήρχαν σακούλες για σκουπίδια αρκετές και κάποιο καθαριστικό γιατί έμεινα κ ήθελα κ αναγκαστικά αγόρασα detol

We learned that there was no cleaning each morning, which was manageable for the 4 days 3 nights we were there, but not great. We were instructed to put toilet paper in the trash bin and not flush it, which we ignored when we realized there wouldn't be cleaning because we didn't want to create a smell. The other annoying thing was that without cleaning, we didn't get more coffee pods for the in-room coffee machine and so we had them on the first morning but then obviously not the other mornings. We went down to the breakfast to get coffee, but it sadly was not good at all. There was also quite some noise with construction in the morning and then neighbors singing in their garden until 3am. This is not the hotel's fault, and we used our noise cancelling airpods but yeah...not ideal.

Our Apartment 101 was on the ground floor - you hear every entry and exit and every breakfast prep noise from an early hour - including music. Breakfast was underwhelming as was the staff member serving - on her phone, disinterested…
