Dat er geen alcoholische dranken als wijn en bier worden geserveerd.
Slechts op 4 tijdstippen is er een free air port shuttlebus beschikbaar. In de praktijk wordt je gedwongen om een dure taxi ad 150 dirham te nemen, voor een rit van 5 minuten.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir bekamen ein kostenloses Upgrade auf Suite, der Restaurant sehr gut ausgestattet und das Essen war sehr lecker, kostenloses Shuttle Bus um 4 Uhr zum Flughafen.

Bella camera, staff gentilissimo, ma l'upgrade Genius...
Pros:

Camera pulita e confortevolissima, letto comodissimo, hotel profumatissimo, bella sala ristorante, cucina ok, staff davvero gentilissimo, tutti sorridenti e disponibili. Smart TV perfettamente funzionante, ottimo WiFi. Zone comuni (hall, terrazza...) ben tenute e pulite. Colazione ottima, con msemmen fatti al momento e tanta scelta di cibi dolci e salati.

Cons:

Ho avuto un upgrade Genius da camera senza balcone a camera con balcone. Peccato che il balcone dava proprio su un cantiere, con tutto ciò che questo comporta: rumore, polvere, mancanza di privacy se apri la finestra soprattutto. La vista era orribile: cantiere, strada ad alta percorrenza a destra, edifici periferici a sinistra, anche se si vedeva un po' di verde. L'upgrade quindi si è rivelato non esattamente un "premio": mi è parso un volere dare via una camera che se acquistata al prezzo di camera con balcone avrebbe attirato recensioni negative, allora viene data via come upgrade, e questo non è carino.
Sono rimasta delusa che la piscina non fosse ancora attiva il 20 di maggio.... Avrei voluto fare una nuotata e prendere un po' di sole... L'acqua era poca e sporca, e nessun lettino per sdraiarsi a prendere il sole era ancora stato allestito. La spiaggia è lontana.
Pensavo che l'ingresso dell'aeroporto fosse più vicino: certo non è lontanissimo, ma con il taxi serve una decina di minuti e non due minuti come pensavo. Impossibile quindi andarci a piedi, e i taxi chiedono 15 euro per arrivarci (6 del mattino, perchè è arrivato in ritardo, invece che alle 5:40 come richiesto è arrivato verso le 6 appunto, facendomi un po' spaventare, viste le code che attendono i passeggeri all'aeroporto).
La sveglia telefonica che avevo richiesto alla reception non ha funzionato, forse non funzionava bene il telefono della camera. E'arrivato un ragazzo dello staff a bussare, ma circa 20 minuti dopo l'orario pattuito: ormai ero quasi pronta per uscire e meno male che il mio cellulare è riuscito a svegliarmi (temevo di non sentirlo).

空港から近い。部屋が広い。

Cons:

空港への無料シャトルあり(フライトの時間を知らせたらそれに合わせてシャトルを手配するとQ&Aに記載あり)とあったので予約しましたが、実際は4時/7時/10時半の3本しかないと言われ、自分たちのフライト時間には合わず利用できませんでした。タクシーを手配してもらうことも可能ですが150MADかかるので、ホテル外の道路でタクシーを拾ったら30MADほどで空港まで行けました。
また、部屋の洗面所が詰まっていて水が流れず、スタッフの方が配管チューブを力技で何度もゆすって流れるようにはなりましたが、チューブの亀裂？から水が漏れ床に流れてくるのでタオルを敷いて対処するしかありませんでした。
