Je ne garde pas un très bon souvenir de ce court séjour lorsque je le compare avec d’autres

Le petit déjeuner était bien , produits frais et choix de mesmen intéressants.

Cons:

Les travaux extérieurs d’un côté de l’établissement qui ont gâchés la vue et crées du bruit très tard dans la nuit ! Dommage car la chambre était spacieuse et bien agencée.
On nous a proposé une suite pour être à l’écart du bruit mais la chambre que nous avions était mieux agencée que la suite . Cette suite avait des problèmes électriques nombreux . Nous avons demandé une chaise supplémentaire : refusée. Nous avons demandée des verres pour boire : refusée !
Ce sont des petites demandes qui ne coutent rien mais qui rendent le séjour moins agréable. Ce n’est pas dans notre règlement nous a-t-on répondu !
Les rideaux ne fonctionnaient pas correctement et devaient être nettoyés ! Les fenêtres de la chambre ou/et de la suite devaient être nettoyées d’urgence.
Les matelas étaient confortables et c’est un bon point .
En résumé, la chambre de luxe était bien meilleure que la chambre « suite » au niveau de l’agencement, du décor, de l’éclairage , de l’état général, trop de choses ne fonctionnait pas ou mal !
Le personnel a été correct !
La connexion wifi a très mal fonctionné !

Moderne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, eine hervorragende Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens sowie ein äußerst freundliches Personal im Restaurant. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren sehr lecker. Der kostenlose Shuttle zum Flughafen, aber nur wenn man diesen mit Zeitpuffer einplant.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass das Personal am Empfang teilweise nicht besonders freundlich war – dies hing jedoch stark vom jeweiligen Mitarbeitenden ab.

Kritisch war für uns vor allem der Shuttle-Service: Wir hatten diesen für 4:00 Uhr morgens zum Flughafen bestellt, sind jedoch erst um 04:18 Uhr losgefahren, da der Shuttle zuvor noch andere Gäste abgeholt hat. In Anbetracht eines bevorstehenden Fluges ist das aus unserer Sicht problematisch, weshalb man hier unbedingt ausreichend Zeitpuffer einplanen sollte.

Zudem hatten wir die Unterkunft sowohl über booking.com als auch per E-Mail kontaktiert, jedoch keine zeitnahe Rückmeldung erhalten. Eine Antwort erfolgte erst nach dem Check-in, was für unser Anliegen leider zu spät war.

Okay for stop off for the airport, good value for money.
Pros:

New hotel, it smelled amazing, like a spa

Cons:

Pool was closed as out of season, it was warm enough for us so unsure about the season issue. Also no sun loungers available as the pool out of season. This meant sitting on a tiny balcony facing busy road to get the last few holiday rays !! Sunbathing areas should be available

Perto do aeroporto, a 2 minutos de carro ou a 10 / 15 minutos a pé. Tem um bom pequeno-almoço, com alguma variedade, mas o café é mau. Tem que ser bebido misturado com outra coisa. Staff muito simpático e educado.

Cons:

Disponibiliza transfer a um custo de 15 euros por trajeto para uma deslocação de 2 minutos. O hotel fica à distância de uma reta, numa ponta está o aeroporto e na outra este hotel!!! Pedi umas almofadas baixas, mas não as disponibilizaram.

Pros:

It was tidy and clean and nicely designed

Cons:

- Room hitting system wasn’t working properly, the room was quite cold.
-The next morning I tried to rest after breakfast until 12 (check out time) and it was impossible since the cleaning ladies were incredibly loud slamming doors and equipment, I do understand this but they were also loudly speaking between each other in the hallway not considering that there must be guest resting.
