Great location. Everything else terrible.
Pros:

Location is great. Near AE bus stop if you are coming from or going to Airport. Few minutes walk to Rabat Ville station. But that’s about it, the rest of the hotel is terrible.

Cons:

No breakfast but the booking says free breakfast. I had to send a complaint to booking.com. No elevator and the stairs to first floor barely fit large luggage. Definitely no sound proofing. At least the bed didn’t smell like used beddings. But it doesnt smell like freshly washed either. I usually have low expectations because I book cheap, but this one was not the cheapest. I would avoid this hotel

Pros:

Hotel situato in ottima posizione, a pochi minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria di Rabat. Il prezzo è ottimo, con buona colazione tipica locale.

Cons:

La camera dava la sensazione di mal trascuratezza e di polvere, come d'altronde l'intero stabile, che avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata. Letto scomodo. La doccia in pratica non esiste poichè era un semplice tubo nella stanza da bagno, con la conseguenza che si bagnava tutto o quasi il pavimento....Non esiste ascensore (io avevo la camera al quarto piano). Lo staff alla reception non è il massimo della simpatia. Anzi zero empatia.

Personnel sont trop sympa et à l'aide
Les lits sont propres et confortables

Cons:

Les douches sont pas bien équipés et manque de mini bar
Les chaises et miroires sont cassés
Pas de produits de toilette et d'hygiène sauf le papier toilette
Il faut ajouter des cintres pour les vêtements
Aussi des fix pour contacter la réception si besoin
