Nice Location, Wonderful Staff, Clean and Comfortable Stay

The location is amazing and romantic environment, that's makes the stay even more special. Its a great place to enjoy and relax., with warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensured everything was comfortable. The restaurant and bar had a very cozy vibe and wonderful food. barman made special cocktails were amazing. My stay was very comfy and had wonderful stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bulwark. The location is perfect and makes it easy to enjoy the beauty of Nuwara Eliya. The on-site restaurant with bar was excellent – the food was delicious, and I especially enjoyed trying a local cocktail that the barman suggested, which turned out to be amazing. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were very comfortable, providing a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. Overall, a truly great experience – I would highly recommend Hotel Bulwark to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya.

Noise!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and the hotel new and clean.
The sound proofing is horrendous throughout the entire hotel. Between rooms and to outside. The lobby played music very loud until 10pm and then turned it down only a little bit until 11pm when it stopped. Very sleep disturbing.
