This place is a jewel within Kandy. The views are utterly spectacular & staff beyond outstanding.
Pros:

The location is stunning with some of the best views of Kandy from the hotel. The hotel design is superb. The staff are outstanding, food was ok, and facilities excellent.

Cons:

I think food could be improved, with more classic Sri Lankan dishes on offer. The bathroom had a funny odour.

Un hôtel très confortable, si vous pouvez, prenez la vue sur le lac et le temple c’est magique

Bel hôtel design,
La grande chambre avec vue sur le lac était très agréable. Par contre il faut absolument garder la fenêtre verrouillée, quand vous rentrez d’un moment sur la terrasse,les singes peuvent arriver en un instant👀
Ne rien laisser sur la terrasse, ni vêtements ni nourriture.
Le personnel est très aimable
La piscine sur le Rooftop permet de passer un bon moment avec une vue extraordinaire. On peut également y déjeuner c’est très agréable.

Very convenient stay
Pros:

We were allocated the suite room on the top floor that had amazing views of the Kandy lake. ( no need to go to the view point). This room is Hugh with double balcony, a living room and a bedroom.The hotel is a small boutique hotel located on top of the hill. There are many eateries around the hotel via a cheap tuk tuk ride away. The staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. We had take away breakfast made for us on two days as we had early start excursions booked. ( thank you for this and very much appreciated). Nice pool area on top floor. Breakfast is not lavish but ok. The price we paid for our room was very reasonable. We stayed here for 6 nights. We will definitely stay here again as our base for travelling around Kandy. Very convenient and clean place to stay. Recommend to book early to secure the suite room as I think they only have three rooms of this category.

Lovely hotel in a great location with stunning views over lake
Pros:

Modern hotel in a great location for Kandy. Beautiful views, rooftop pool and bar/cafe. Great coffee in cafe on ground floor also. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast had lots of variety. I sprained my ankle while I was in kandy and staff very very kind and git me some strapping for it.

Cons:

Only issue was some noise from guests in room upstairs, sounded like they were dragging all the furniture round the room, repeatedly at 11pm.

Krásný hotel, na pěkném místě. Pokoj velký, vzdušný. Perfektní pokojový servis.

Cons:

Na snídani byl sice velký výběr, ale teplé pokrmy byly studené. Nelíbila se nám obsluha hotelové restaurace - nezájem o zákazníka.

Do not go.
Pros:

The staff is completely unresponsive. Due to the ongoing war, I had to pay the price of five rooms for just one. They refused to reimburse me or even offer breakfast or dinner. This is simply unacceptable for such a high price.
