Alles was Du brauchst zum vernünftigen Preis
Pros:

Ein paar Minuten von der U-Bahn weg, großes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und echt freundliches, kompetentes Personal. Wenn man zu faul für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist, dann ist Uber mit 15€ im Zentrum und 25€ am Flughafen. Im Haus war sowas wie eine kleine Kunstausstellung von Repliken von Klassikern -why not.

Cons:

Wer sich eine super Aussicht auf die Stadt erwartet wird natürlich nicht belohnt. Es ist alles sehr zweckmäßig und sauber, ohne irgendwelchen speziellen Charme zu versprühen. Uns hat das gereicht.

le petit déjeuner était copieux et complet
literie très confortable
assez proche de la gare d'Amstel
très propre, avec du personnel de ménage en nombre et efficace

l'accueil d'un des personnels pas très aimable à l'arrivée pour moi qui ne suit pas complètement fluent en anglais
le sol des chambres en lambris glissant n'est pas terrible

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer und qualitativ gute, bequeme Betten, erholsam und alles sehr sauber!
Gutes Frühstück im wunderschönen Frühstücksraum, herrlich. Sehr nettes Frühstückspersonal.
Gute Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt.
Ums Eck Lidl, ein gutes Lokal und eine Bushaltestelle.

Cons:

Das Frühstückspacket, na ja, man könnte schon aus dem vorhandenen tollen Frühstück einfach etwas frisches hineingeben statt Toastbrot und Minipackungen mit Marmelade...Aber ich durfte frische Getränke mitnehmen, das fand ich toll, danke!

Wonderful quiet place to stay.
Pros:

The property was nice and clean. The restaurant on the premises was great and the breakfasts had everything one would want. The scrambled eggs were made from scratch with real eggs! Lots of other choices. This place is in a quiet neighborhood. There were 5 of us and we used Uber to get around because it was quicker. The staff were all friendly and spoke English well. Highly recommend. We were there for 4 nights.

-The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh options.
-The room was cleaned every day, the beds were made daily, and everything was kept in excellent condition throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was modern, spacious, and well maintained.
-Some members of the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, especially a blonde receptionist who spoke Greek and made us feel very comfortable.

Cons:

- I received a scam message pretending to be from the hotel asking me to complete an online check-in. The hotel only informed guests about the security issue after the scammer had already obtained my card details. Guests should have been notified sooner.
- When I reported the incident at reception, the response was cold and dismissive. I expected more concern and assistance given the seriousness of the situation.
- The room temperature could not be controlled by guests. The centrally managed air conditioning kept switching back on automatically, and nobody answered when I called reception twice for help.
- Some girls from the staff often seemed rather cold and distant. Cultural differences are not an excuse for poor customer service. Hospitality professionals should treat their guests with kindness and respect, especially when those guests are friendly, polite, and respectful themselves.

Amplitud y comodidad
Pros:

Habitación amplia, sofá-cama grande y la cama enorme.Eramos 3 pero caben 4 perfectamente.Es un mini apartamento con cocina,vitrocerámica, nevera, microondas, Nespresso. También hay una cafetería muy bonita en las instalaciones del hotel.
Hay un Lidl al lado.Hay una parada de autobus 37 pasa cada 10min, que cogiamos para ir a Amstel Ststion que esta a 2 paradas del hotel y de alli coges metro 51, 53,54 que van al centro cada 5min..Conexión perfecta hasta las 0.00h .El centro andando esta a 40min y en transporte tardas 15min utilizando la tarjeta city card para 3 dias para moverte por Ámsterdam que son 33€ bien amortizados.
