Hele mooie en nette kamer.
De airco kon niet uitgeschakeld worden en maakte een storend lawaai.
Bed was ok. Bathroom’s good. The only positive is it’s close to metro/train station.
Curtains, floor and some furniture was dirty (there were stains). Food at restaurant gave me severe stomach aches and I had to attend a concert the next day. Receptionist denied kitchen’s fault, while I said clearly that the only time I ate that day was from the hotel’s restaurant, so the next day my concert experience was kinda ruined
Staff always was friendly and ready to help, the cleaning came every day and cleaned everything perfectly as we wanted, the view is nice and the bed is soft, we enjoyed the breakfast and very nice and modern bathfroom
A bit far from the train/bus but still ok to walk
The environment is clean and quiet for private life.
I didn't like the fact that I cannot get hot water for tea/Coffee in my room. I had to be using bathroom hot to drink. Please let there be a small kettle or boiler for hot water in the room.

Via Booking ben ik af gegaan op de free shuttle service. Dit klopt niet! Is fout van booking en niet van het hotel. Ten eerste is het niet gratis en ook niet 24/7 maar vanaf 6.00 in de ochtend. Ik had specials om deze service geboekt dus een tip om zelf altijd even via de website te controleren. En booking mag niet zomaar dingen op de site zetten die niet kloppen.
Daarnaast was het erg warm en duurde het heel lang voordat de airco een beetje op gang kwam. Echt cool is de kamer nooit geworden. Maar goed, het is dan ook een budget kamer dus wat kan je verwachten voor doe prijs he. Ook realistisch blijven

Nette kamer.
Minpunt was dat er geen koffiefaciliteit op de kamer was. Pas op de tweede dag ontdekte ik desgevraagd dat in de foyer koffie en thee beschikbaar was.
Verder ontbrak een waterkoker.
