Het was schoon en de badkamer was prima.

Cons:

Ik had een eenpersoons kamer geboekt, dat doe ik altijd maar bij jullie vond ik de kamer wel heel erg klein. Viel me erg tegen tov andere hotels.

Not what we expected from an airport hotel
Pros:

Clean, comfortable room. It was quiet. Close to the airport.

Cons:

Lounge and restaurant were closed, which is bad for a place that bills itself as an airport hotel and in a fairly isolated location. Vending food and beverages way overpriced, and a poor selection. Shuttle to the airport was loate

Stay at hotel near airport
Pros:

The property is close to the airport and was very clean.

Cons:

The staff need serious training in how to welcome guests.
Windows cannot be opened and air conditioning in the room was not manageable.

Een overnachting voor een naar Schiphol vertrokken voor vakantie

Locatie was goed en dichtbij Schiphol

Cons:

Ontbijt was voldoende . Maar wat warme gerechten moesten zijn zoals de worstjes,spek, witte bonen en scrambled egg waren koud.

Niet echt wat ik verwacht had.
Cons:

Het was een onaangename verrassing toen ik zag dat er geen flesje water in de kamer was bij aankomst. Persoonlijk vind ik dat heel fijn, zeker na een reis met het vliegtuig.

Een ander punt wat ik niet fijn vond was dat er twee vlekken waren op de lakens - alsof ze niet (goed) gewassen waren.

En een derde punt was dat de chauffeur van de shuttle niet zo heel gemotiveerd was om mensen te helpen om hun valiezen in en uit de bagageruimte van de shuttle te nemen. Ik had geen zware valies dit keer, maar het zou fijn zijn als hij zou helpen - zeker voor mensen die al wat ouder zijn (ik ben 73 jaar oud).

Ik heb 1 jaar geleden ook in het hotel overnacht, en toen had ik een betere ervaring.

Rampzalig! Ruim een uur op de shuttlebus gewacht. Die kwam niet. Geen hulp. Taxi 35 € betaald.

Shuttle bus kwam niet.
Ikzelf heb 1 uur gewacht op Schiphol, in de stromende regen.
Ik heb naar de telefoonlijn gebeld om te vragen wanneer de bus zou komen. De telefoonlijn werd niet opgenomen (10 minuten gewacht en uiteindelijk opgehangen).
Uiteindelijk een taxi genomen (wachtrij van nog eens 15 minuten). Kostte mij 35 euro!
Anderen hadden 43 minuten lang gebeld en er werd niet opgenomen.
Er waren andere gasten die al 1,5 uur stonden te wachten.
In het hotel wisten ze van niks. Behalve dat de bestelbus een lekke band had.
Never again!
