Breakfast is available from 7:00-10:00 (Monday-Friday) and from 08:00-11:00 (Saturday-Sunday).

The early check-in fee is EUR 10 and excludes city tax, payable per hour before 14:00 local hotel time.

The airport shuttle service will incur an additional charge of EUR 6 per person from the property to the airport and is free from the airport to the property.

Comfortable bed, room had all we needed, helpful staff.
Pros:

Close to airport, offered breakfast and had a restaurant for dinner, had a fridge in the room

All in all, OZO Hotels Antares Amsterdam is a great hotel in Amsterdam.
Pros:

Reception staff were very kind. We found ourselves on the 4th Floor in a luxury Executive Suite way up from the noise of traffic below. The Executive Suite was well-organized with everything and very clean. Lots of space available. We had a great night’s sleep in very comfortable beds. We checked out and we asked for the Airport shuttle bus to the airport, which cost us, €6.00 per person, which is cheaper than a taxi fare. Unfortunately, we had to leave early, so we could not avail of breakfast for €20.

Cons:

We had to pay a Safety Deposit of €75, which was refundable after departure. The bathroom was fitted with the most hygienic shower space and modern shower unit; unfortunately, for some unknown reason, the water was warm at the sink but not so warm at showering.

I didn’t think it was possible to have such a poor hotel experience while staying only one night.

The stay actually started well: check-in was smooth, we were able to access our room a little earlier than expected, and the room itself was perfectly acceptable.

However, breakfast was a completely different story. The staff member did not respond to our greeting and asked for our name in an annoyed tone. When he could not find our breakfast reservation (which had been booked the day before at check-in), he simply handed us the list and gestured for us to write something. As we started writing our name, he loudly sighed and abruptly said, “Room!”. No explanation, no apology, and he walked away without another word.

The breakfast itself was disappointing for €20 per person, and by 9:00 a.m. there were already no eggs left.

Overall, the room was fine, but the breakfast experience ruined what had otherwise started as a pleasant stay. We are not expecting exceptional service or an overly warm welcome, but basic politeness and professionalism should be the minimum standard in any hotel.

Me encanto que ofrecen el servicio de traslado, me parece bastante optimo para personas que viajan muy poco para Amsterdan y solo quieren llegar al hotel.
