Pros:

For this price, you get everything you need - good night sleep (quiet room, soft beds), reasonable proximity to the city center (maybe you'd walk extra 5 minutes compared to more central hotels), nice breakfast including a made to order omelet.

Cons:

No elevator, but they help with luggage

Great stay
Pros:

Good location, not far from the historic center of Arequipa. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean with comfortable bed. The hotel offers secure, free parking. We had a very pleasant stay at this place.
