Sou exigente nos reviews, neste caso a nota 10 é bem merecida especialmente pelo bom trabalho de Roger. Atendimento espetacular. O hotel ainda oferece late check out, jacuzi externa, fogueira externa, alimentação das alpacas, café da manhã no quarto. Tem ar condicionado quente e frio. Água e chá a vontade. E Roger ainda me possibilitou um transfer próximo para Urubamba.
Gostei de tudo.
O quarto é super confortável e limpo. A vista do hotel é incrível, eles tem alpacas e podemos alimenta-las e ficar em contato com elas. Também fazem uma fogueira a noite, super gostoso para observar as estrelas. O hotel tem restaurante, tudo que comemos estava delicioso. E a equipe é extremamente simpática e acolhedora.
El tracte del Roger i tot el personal de Miski Samay es el que més destaca. En qualsevol moment els pots avisar per a realitzar qualsevol activitat, menjar a l'habitació o servei.
Las cabañas son muy cómodas y todo está muy bien cuidado
El servicio es el mejor que hemos tenido ido en todo el viaje. Flexibilidad total en las horas de desayuno y cena y si queríamos cenar en la habitación, lo traían sin problema
Si queréis hacer excursiones de un día para ver varios pueblos de Valles sagrado Roger os organiza un taxi o él mismo os puede llevar a hacer esa excursión. Nosotras la hicimos con Roger y su amabilidad dedicación fue excepcional.
También proporcionan servicios como el encendido de un fuego a la noche o dar de comer a las alpacas o disfrutar del jacuzzi todo está organizado de manera
Todo fue magnífico
Lo mejor de todo tener a Roger en el hotel. Muy atento, nos ayudaba en todo lo que podia y nos hizo sentir super a gusto.
Tiene gracia el formato de habitacion, pocos huéspedes y muy relajante

De super attente service van het personeel, specifiek van Roger! Hij heeft ons verblijf perfect gemaakt. Daarnaast zijn de prachtige sterrenhemel snachts, het comfort van de kamer +terras en de kwaliteit van het eten super. Het eten kun je in het restaurant eten, of op je kamer / terras laten brengen. Alles kan geregeld worden, vervoer, tours of producten van de farmacia wanneer je iets onverhoopt bent kwijtgeraakt of vergeten.

We liked it all
Beautiful place in the middle of the mountains. Nice room, clean, beautiful garden around, very nice and helpful stuff. Roger was super nice, helpful, and told us a lot of interesting stories about Peru, inkas and the culture. It was awesome stay. What's more we have lost something very meaningful for us, and they found it and texted us about it. They arranged a taxi for us to give us the item back. I recommend this place to everybody.

Do atendimento, da flexibilidade para atender a pedidos. Essa eh uma acomodação para quem quer descansar e se conectar com a natureza.
Acho que não teve algo que não gostei. O lugar fica a duas horas de Cusco, alugamos um carro e curtimos a estrada do nosso jeito, no nosso tempo.
