Recommend for short stay!
Pros:

The room was large, with a comfortable bed and a hot shower. The staff were very kind and helpful.
I also booked an Inca massage at the hotel and it was wonderful, I definitely recommend it!

I recommend this hotel. It’s just for short stay for visiting Machu Picchu.

Cons:

There were, however, a few downsides:
There was no ventilation in the bathroom, so the whole room became steamy and the only way to air it out was by opening the window in the room.
The breakfast was also disappointing… when I arrived in the dining area during breakfast time, there was no one there and only leftovers were left on the table.

Comfortable and convenient hotel for Machu Picchu
Pros:

Very clean room and hotel. Lift was helpful as we had heavy backpacks and tired legs from hiking. They provided a great takeaway breakfast for the day we went to Machu Picchu as we needed to join the bus queue before breakfast started. They also kindly let us put our bags in lockers whilst we were out for the day after we checked out.

Great stay!
Pros:

Agua Calientes is very small so everywhere is walking distance to the station, the town centre and the bus for Machu Pichu. They catered exactly for this clientele, and breakfast was served from 5AM. The breakfast options were very good, and you could have home cooked food to order. Rooms were comfy. Bathroom was a good size.

Cons:

There was construction happening around the hotel when I was there which was incredibly noisy and the windows were not well insulated at all. There is also no fan for the rooms, so it did get a bit humid.

Mycket bra utgångspunkt för Machu Picchu.

La ubicación, y la cama muy cómoda

Le falta una pequeña renovación, pero para pasar la noche previa a la excursión a Machu Picchu, es más que suficiente

感謝しかない。ありがとう。
Pros:

シャワーの強さ、温度ともに快適だった。チェックアウト後もマチュピチュに行っている間、電車の時間まで預かってもらえた。マチュピチュ行きのバスが朝6時だったが、5時から朝食を食べさせてもらえた。ベッドや部屋が広くて快適だった。スタッフの対応がとても良かった。このFenix hotelには感謝しかない。
特に温かいシャワーを素晴らしい水圧で浴びれたことは幸せすぎた。

Catari’s houseでのシャワーのお湯を出してくれない件で揉めて、その後、Mantu boutiqueで直接予約しようとしたらbooking.comより遥かに高い金額を請求され、挙句、予約サイト経由で予約しようとしたらそのbooking.comの予約の空きを目の前で消されるということを経験した後だったので、Fenix hotelは救世主だった。

Cons:

浴槽が少しにおったが、温かいシャワーを浴びれたことに比べれば、何の問題もなかった。

Experiencia hermosa
Pros:

Por la ubicación e instalaciones, sobre el personal que cocina que nos atendió, en todo momento pendiente de nosotros la Srta Yecca

Cons:

El contradictorio en el precio, en el app indicaba un costo y en el mismo hotel fue otro costo, eso me incomodó ya que en varias oportunidades en mis instancias no fue así, por eso esperaba también de este hotel lo mismo.

Pros:

Disponibilità e gentilezza del personale, acqua calda e stanza calda! Ci hanno fatto trovare dei fiori in camera (cosa molto gradita e non richiesta). Colazione buona a partire dalle 5 di mattina per chi fa escursioni a machupicchu
