MIRAFLORES GOLD HOTEL BOUTIQUE

This hotel doesn't meet any standards and misrepresents its offerings at Hotels.com. I was expecting a double room (individual beds), but there are no such rooms. I was offered a jacuzzi in the bedroom, but only one bedroom has it and it is staged for couples getting busy. My room stank like a sewage. Beds are old and uncomfrotable. Staff, while a bit helpful, not very interested in paying attention to you when you need it; must beg to be heard. The owner had a problem and that brought everything at the hotel to a halt, inlcuding any promised services like cleaning, extras and breakfast. The person left in "charge" was not very interested in helping anyone. While I totally understand when there are problems of any kind, there must also be any protocols that would not leave customers unattended. In summary, you must provide what you promise in third-party websites and take care of your customers regardless of sudden problems.

O hotel não tem elevador, tudo é muito velho. Na recepção a atendente não ajudava muito com a localização dos lugares, mas ok. No dia seguinte quando fui tomar o café da manhã estava tudo escuro na recepção. Achei estranho; veio uma moça falar que o hotel ia fechar porque o gerente tinha falecido. OI? .....Cortaram até a internet....enfim, tive que correr para achar outro hotel, carregar mala e perder meu dia de viagem. Porém a localização dele é boa, inclusive na mesma rua tinham outros hoteis, porem com o preço bem mais alto por não ter reserva!!

O hotel é bem localizado. A acomodação tem o básico. O banheiro estava com cheiro ruim, acredito que seja algum problema na rede de esgoto. O café da manhã é servido individualmente, simples, mas suficiente. Na recepção tem chá de cortesia. Um ponto negativo é que o quarto não tem espelho.

The first night the room had a leak and the humidity was bad, they change us the room but the door shower didn't closes properly and let the water go out of it. They never fixed even do they tell us it will be fix.

El hotel es remodelado pero es viejo, tuvimos varios dias sin agua porque se daño una bomba de agua y el desayuno es pesimo demasiado básico.

Las señoritas de recepción nada amables, siempre estaban enojadas, no tenían a nadie que ayude con el equipaje para subir, al día siguiente nos quedamos sin agua, dijeron que se había roto la tubería.

La habitación muy buena; sin embargo, me quedé dos dias y no limpiaron la habitación. Adi mismo, no se informó que al pagar era un monto adicional por impuestos. Por otro lado, cuando.fui a tomar desayuno, la atención no fue del todo buena.

The room we stayed in had black mold in it, and the floors were filthy. There was no water pressure in the shower. There was exposed electric wires sticking out of the wall we complained they switch us rooms. Second room was semi decent, but had no water upon checkout, so I didn’t even get to shower before I left to the airport. We were three people, and they only put two set of towels and only one roll of toilet paper wich was an small one, the cleaning service was ridiculous with that “rule” but the check in lady was super friendly and understanding, she is the only one who deserves 5 stars. I forgot to mentioned that the tv had no cable service.

Es agrable, su ubicación es excelente y está dentro del barrio de Miraflores, llegas a cualquier lugar caminando

Hidden Jewel !! If you want to visit Lima have a lot of fun eat on the best restaurants and be safe all the time, you got of that around the this place,hotel not updated one breakfast options no parking and a bit noise but is nice, perfectly located good bedding ,a/c rooms,comfy and not expensive, Employees needs training in better customer service, overall I’ll stay again!

The room had a bad smell

Son unos abusadores me cobraron el IVA siendo extranjero y aparte dicen que dan habitaciones con todo incluido y no me dejaban utilizar el hidromasaje, todos los días pan de desayuno una experiencia muy desagradable

Le couvre lit était sale et la douche le drain était boucher. Mais pour le prix fallait s’y attendre

It was ok. In a pinch but beyond that I would choose a different place.

Realizamos la reserva en hotels.com, cuando llegamos no nos querían dar la habitación e indicaban que estaba lleno y que ellos no tenían nada que ver con la web que todo era directo, luego de enseñarles toda la reserva nos dieron una habitación que no tenia buena condiciones, no tenia internet, nos negaron el desayuno y el recepcionista nada servicial, pésima atención. Lo único bueno es la ubicación

Same breakfast every day(coffee,juice,bread with ham thats it.) The place is not clean.

Estuvo súper bien relación precio calidad, la zona es muy bonita y los cuartos cómodos.
