Boa estadia porém o check-out é muito cedo 9:00 não deixam estender nem uma hora!

Great hotel with easy walking around the area.

The stay was great overall. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of options, and the location is fantastic—everything is within walking distance.

The hotel matched the descriptions in Expedia but the place was dirty and very noisy because of the train station.
Thw lication is great as it is only 5mins away from all the city facilities.
But I wouldn't live in this property if I visit the city again.

This hotel is close to the raial track.
Trains racing all the time from 5Am till 11PM, awful.

Todo muy bien exceptuando el ruido que se escucha de los trenes al llegar o partir de la estación ferroviaria, claro que esto es inevitable , a menos de que insonorisaran las habitaciones. Mejoraría , poniendo en el desayuno más abundancia en huevo y jugos , muy poco para el número de personas que bajan a desayunar.

Close to the station

We arrived, and we needed to wait like an hour nobody was by the front desk. the room smells and it's packed what smoke from the train right beneath it no air condition and the windows are not sealed:( the train is working twenty four hours, even though they said it stops working at eleven

The property is located next to the train station and its very laugh and noisy. This property has five floors and no elevator and the free breakfast was very limited to only bread and cold cuts.

No recomendaría este hotel a otros viajeros. Las fotos no se relacionan en nada con la realidad! Habitaciones muy ruidosas, llenas de humedad, construidas bastante mal con espacio tan limitado que no puedes sentarte bien en el inodoro. Este lugar debe cambiar administración, se ve que lo tienen en abandono.

Everything was fine except the bathroom door is hard to get in to the shower is to narrow and it is not safety

O Hotel fica bem próximo da estação de trem e não tem acústica nenhuma nos quartos, ou seja, parece que o trem passa no seu quarto, quando da 5am o trem volta a passar e dai não conseguimos mais dormir. O café da manhã é basico (pão, queijo, jamon), mais o problema maior é a falta de mesa, eles não tem lugar para todo mundo sentar, então tomei café da manha em pé no balcão da recepção. Quando da 8am independente se vc terminou ou não o rapaz começa a tirar tudo. Outro ponto é a falta de gerencia, receberam um grupo de uma escola a noite (11pm) e fizeram uma barulheira no hall e ninguém da recepção foi lá colocar ordem, eu tive que gritar pedindo silencio aos hospedes barulhentos, o chuveiro também não esquenta muito, fica com a agua quente e fria o tempo inteiro. No mais, a localização é boa!

Bottom floor had a weird smell to it that wouldn’t go away… like food but very strong. Bed thought was comfortable. But we had a lot of idk what kind of bugs mosquitoes of some sort taking over the bathroom I was afraid to go in. We stayed one night that was enough for me. Breakfast they had very early in the morning buffet for the early risers to machu but nothing special but good enough to keep you good for your hike. Safe area easy walk to everything and train station.

Lo bueno. La cama es cómoda, el personal que atiende es magnífico.
Lo malo. Es un hotel muy ruidoso, el baño es horroroso, el desayuno fatal.
No recomiendo este hotel si deseas descansar.

O hotel era limpo, organizado e muito próximo da estação de trem o que é bom, mas também ruim por conta do barulho.
A noite em que estávamos lá foi muito barulhenta por conta dos trens, pessoas na rua e ate mesmo dento do hotel - você ouve tudo sem muito isolamento

Hotel simples afastado do centrinho. Nos acomodaram no 5 andar ( nao tem elevador), o que foi terrivel. A cama é confortavel mas o banheiro é minusculo e o chuveiro nao é muito bom. O café da manha muito simples.

The shower had a very small gap to get into the shower so good luck if you are a big person , it has a glass door that covers the shower and it's hard to get in and out of the shower, we stayed on the 5th floor and when we wanted to take a hot shower the water wasn't working , if you flush the toilet or if you turn on the tap water you have to wait for few minutes until you can get hot water.
I used their toilet at the lobby and it was very dirty.
They need to work on those issues , the staff was friendly but I wouldn't recommend to stay at this hotel because they need to improve their service and fix the hot water.
