Le personnel très gentil, l emplacement bien, le petit déjeuner bon (oeuf) le chauffage dans la chambre, eau chaude, bonne literie

Cons:

Salle de bain (Odeur de moisi dans la salle de bain, rien pour etendre les serviettes, débit très faible du lavabo)

Chambre telle que sur les photos lits confortables

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivées et on nous annonce qu'on doit trouver ailleurs car pas d'eau froide. Toilette ne fonctionne pas et on nous demande de ne pas utiliser l'eau chaude..nous avions pris cette chambre pour le bain tourbillon . L'employée très gentille a fait pour nous accommoder

Nada realmente

Cons:

La habitación que nos dieron dejaba mucho de desear. Sabanas mal olientes y usadas. Cama húmeda. Tuve que envolver la almohada con mi ropa y dormir vestida. En la entrada tenia un cartel que ponía “ Clausurado”, pero que estratégicamente tapaban con unos cuadros de pintura. La señora que atiende era amable, lastima por ella que tiene que trabajar en un lugar así. Realmente es una estafa. No me fui del lugar inmediatamente porque eran las 00.00 am. Menos mal fue solo una pesadilla de una noche. Lastima.

Bom custo benefício. Melhor chuveiro da viagem.
Pros:

Cama boa, mas o destaque vai para o chuveiro: MUITO BOM. O quarto tinha poltrona, estufa e desumidificador. O hotel estava em reformas e pelo visto estava ficando ainda mais lindo. Funcionários educados e prestativos, café da manhã simples (frutas, pão, manteiga, presunto, queijo e ovos mexidos). Boa localização. Wi-Fi ok.

Cons:

Foi difícil de encontrar no mapa pelo nome Suítes Hotel. O nome na frente está como “Waman Suítes Machu Picchu (foto).

Excepcional y muy recomendado
Pros:

La ubicacion excepcional, esta muy cerca a todo, pero al mismo tiempo escondida del ruido del comercio que queda en la esquina. Cerca al tren. el personal ideal muy atento, nos recogieron en la estacion, se comunicaron conmigo por la app de booking para hacer seguimiento a la hora de llegada. La hab comoda, olia un poco a humedo, pero así huele todo machupichu, colocaron humidificador y ya. y realmente a mi no me afecta ese olor, pero lo coloco porque a otras personas si.

Cons:

La hora del check out. En general en Cusco las salidas son a las 10 am, pero comparado con el resto de Perú y el mundo es demasiado temprano, en todas partes es 12... 10 am es muy temprano para salir del hotel, casi que uno tiene que madrugar para irse a tiempo.
