Café da manhã muito bom, quarto confortável, chuveiro muito bom, e localização excelente. Fora o atendimento que foi muito bom. Recomendo!

Amazing place with great views

La habitación limpia, el desayuno sano, innumerables lugares cercas para cenar o comprar. La joya de la corona: Maribel. Excelente anfitriona.

El acceso es muy complicado, hay que subir cerca de 70 escalas muy empinadas. No hacen aseo a la habitación salvo que se solicite.

We finished our tour of Machu Picchu and our bus didn’t leave for hours so we booked this hotel to take a nap/relax. The room was not ready but the staff got it ready for us quickly. Great location, comfortable bed, an friendly staff.

I had an excellent stay at NaturaLodge. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready with helpful advice about the area. The showers were reliably hot and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly for getting work done on my laptop. I also loved the tucked away location with stunning rooftop views overlooking the town. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. It was a 10/10 experience!!

Beautiful! View from breakfast is magnificent! Keep walking up the stairs and you’ll find it.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice. In the context of how small and isolated Aguas Calientes is, this property is a solid choice and a great value.

This is a beautiful newly renovated hotel with comfy beds. Breakfast was on a lovely rooftop dining area and was delicious. 10/10

Only about 5 minutes walk from the train station. However be prepared for so many stairs leading to the property. And hotel also has no elevator. Due to be on the main square, could be noisy and loud music never stops

La host fue tremenda, accesible, amable y muy buena gente. Estuvo muy atenta a nuestras necesidades y nos ayudo en todo. En la mañana tienes una vista increíble de las montañas y el poblado. Muy recomendado

Beautiful view and quite affordable! Next to the main sqaure, nearby restaurants, activities, and local shops.

Gido was an awesome host and tour guide! Highly recommend this place. The views are great.

Lo bueno: el personal es cariñoso y te guardan el equipaje.
Lo malo: Se encuentra sobre la plaza principal lo que lo convierte en un espacio muy ruidoso ya que siempre hay eventos hasta tarde. No hay calefacción. En tres noches que nos hospedamos nunca vinieron a limpiar la habitación. Tuve que meterme a buscar papel higiénico al área de servicio porque no lo reponían. Es normal que no haya nadie en recepción. No son puntuales con el check-in. El wifi no funciona. Para costar 73 usd la noche el desayuno es pobre. Para llegar al hotel hay que subir como 30 escalones.

Very friendly staffs. They were very willing to assist you in anyway they can including help with booking attractions, places to eat and more. The room was spacious and clean. I totally recommend it.

The family who runs the hotel were very accommodating and went above and beyond to help us with laundry, early breakfast and just general questions. There was hot water which was a plus :). They also have a rooftop that overlooks the plaza, would recommend to anyone.

Bien que les commentaires étaient positifs sur l'hébergement, je suis assez mitigée quant à mon expérience. Dès que je suis arrivée, il n'y avait personne à l'accueil et j'ai du attendre un 30-45 min avant qu'on me réponde via WhatsApp. J'ai pu déposer mon sac pour la journée, et au retour le soir pour le check-in, ma chambre est finalement dans l'hôtel d'à côté, soit le Gringo Bill's. L'hôtel est en colline donc tout est humide. Aussi, j'ai demandé s'il était possible d'avoir une boîte à lunch le lendemain car je souhaitais quitter vers 5h, et c'était non. On m'a dit qu'il serait possible toutefois de venir déjeuner à 4h45 soit 15 min avant l'heure habituelle - arrivée la le lendemain, on me refuse l'entrée. Déjà que j'ai du attendre pour pouvoir manger, j'ai dû aussi attendre pour que quelqu'un de l'accueil vienne ouvrir le luggage room. Je suis donc partie plus tard que prévue :( Malheureusement pas la plus belle expérience.

The room was clean, the hotel was right off the main plaza, and the host was very helpful with my questions and in offering recommendations for my time here
