Wonderful villa!
Pros:

The property was great for our family. The rooms were big and comfortable, and the views were fantastic. The groundskeeper was super hospitable.

Cons:

The description said we could order food from a menu for meals, but we couldn’t. Except for breakfast we were on our own. It also said we could do laundry there, but we were unable to. Despite some of the inconsistencies in the property amenities, we would definitely choose to stay there again!

Pros:

Great view, great service by the caretaker Maurice

Cons:

Location - very difficult to get to and find. No food delivery services given location and nothing close by
Avoid if you have mobility issues - lots of stairs to get to the apartment (difficult to carry luggage) and 2 bedrooms up another flight of stairs

Poor service recovery!
Pros:

Our family of 5 arrived at the villa at 630pm tired and hoping for a good night rest. Pressed the bell and knocked on the door before someone came down from the villa. Realised they werent aware there is a booking for the night's stay! We had to wait for a good one hour before that poor caretaker sort out the stay wt the owner for our booking and then cleaned the rooms. No service recovery and no apologies by the owner at all. Utterly disappointed!
