Excelente instalaciones ,muy hermosa vista hacia la laguna ,limpieza muy bien, la comida está bien lo unico que consideramos que deberian tomar un poco de atención es el detalle de la música,es un lugar para relajarse mirando hacia la laguna desde la piscina,quizas deberian considerar en una música ambiental en un volumen medio y no como nos paso Reggaeton a todo volumen durante dos horas continuas imposible de disfrutar el paisaje ,entendemos que hay mucho personal joven y quizas sea algo de moda pero que va opuesto a la consigna del descanso ,cuidar esos pequeños detalles siempre marcan la diferencia,todo lo demas excelente volveremos!!!.

Estadía agradale con algunos contratiempos
Pros:

En general el hotel es muy agradable, el personal es muy amable a excepción de la Srta. de recepción a quien deberían capacitar en atención al cliente. Tuvimos una mala atención de ella cuando nos reclamó porque nos demoramos en el paseo en bote, pero debo aclarar que fue una mala coordinación del personal del hotel. Por otro lado, nos cobraron S/ 150 adicionales por una mancha en el colchón que nunca hicimos y tuve que pagar para no perder mi vuelo de regreso.
