Pros:

We needed to stay here just for a night since we had a flight in the morning. The area is crowded but was fine since we didn't want to do much around there. There wasn't food but we managed to find just one place to buy dinner from. The shower had warm/hot water which was a blessing. Though the hotel is in a crowded area - the rooms are quiet so you can sleep well.

Cons:

The room was generally cold but under the blankets, you feel okay.

Pros:

La cercanía a la estacion de colectivos para puno.

Cons:

No me gusto la atención, llegamos con mi mamá (una persona de la tercera edad) a las 6-7pm apenas llegamos nos dijeron que el ascensor estaba en mantenimiento y que nos habian colocado en el tercer piso; eso nos disgusto y mas aun la atencion de la señorita, quien nos dio como “solucion” buscar en hoteles alrededor si tenian disponibilidad, ni unas disculpas primero; tuvimos que solicitar que nos den un cuarto en un piso menor y nos pusieron en el segundo. Una mala experiencia, deberian mejorar su atención al cliente y tener mas tino al expresarse.

Parecía hotel al paso
Pros:

Agua caliente en la ducha y muy limpia la habitación

Cons:

La ubicación era terrible y el ELEVADOR no funcionaba aunque se tenían subir CUATRO PISOS y en altura. La entrada súper descuidada, parecía hotel al paso.

Cold shower, simple room
Pros:

The only good thing about this hotel was the very friendly, proactive receptionist who even spoke good English -and the smartTV with Netflix.
I was so tired and dirty after many days in a farm, I just wanted a good shower and sleep, but the water and room were cold.

Cons:

Icecold shower, no hot water no matter how long I waited. Shower cabinet had hair and dead bugs. Bed was tiny with just 1 flat pillow. Bedtopper didnt feel clean. Window only to corridor, where bright lights were on and the curtain was not thick. No cosy/dimmed light option in room.

Perfect one night short stay on the way to puno
Pros:

- perfectly located next to the local market, and the small collectivos to puno (1min walk) [don’t expect a nice touristic environment, it’s a very authentic local experience which we really enjoyed]
- there is a very nice Asian Chifa restaurant one block away
- room was very clean and the bed comfortable
- bathroom with a great hot shower (though the first try was just medium warm, I went down to the reception and it was hot after)
- the room itself was warm during the night
- luggage storage was free
- staff very kind and helpful
- big tv and fast reliable WiFi

Preiswerte Unterkunft in der Nähe zum Flughafen, wenn man einen frühen Flug am nächsten Morgen hat.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Juliaca, nicht weit vom Flughafen

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster. Der Eingang zum Hotel war vergittert. Die ganze Umgebung des Hotels gefiel mir nicht
