Je ne repasserai pas par là, plutôt je ne m'arrêterai pas à Juliaca. Puno n'est pas si loin.
Pros:

L'hôtel est assez bien.

Cons:

Trop loin de restaurants. Ne pas se risquer dans les 'pollerias' qui sont près de l'hôtel.

Martín en la recepción me ayudó mucho, pidiéndome un taxi al aeropuerto a horas tempranas de la mañana (sepan que el aeropuerto de Juliaca abre 5.30/6am). Camas cómodas y calientes

Pros:

We needed to stay here just for a night since we had a flight in the morning. The area is crowded but was fine since we didn't want to do much around there. There wasn't food but we managed to find just one place to buy dinner from. The shower had warm/hot water which was a blessing. Though the hotel is in a crowded area - the rooms are quiet so you can sleep well.

Cons:

The room was generally cold but under the blankets, you feel okay.
