Pros:

Excellent emplacement,vue magnifique. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Restaurant Hide Out Lounge à deux pas, très sympa pour dinnner, DJ, super ambiance.

One night in the suite was great. Other rooms tired by comparison and need a but of a renovation. Nice roof top bar. Live music.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, geräumig, modern und sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.das Frühstücksbuffet schlicht und ergreifend einfach umwerdend. Wir hatten selten so eine riesige Auswahl. Auch der Grüntee wurde frisch aufgegossen (keine Teebeutel).

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im unteren Stock. Es roch gleich zu Beginn faulig im Badezimmer, am Abend war es wirklich ekelerregend, am frühen Morgen dann wieder weg.

Vistas increíbles, se escucha todo.
Pros:

Las vistas son increíbles, y la cena estaba muy rica.

Cons:

Aún que sea el hotel más caro en el que he estado y tenga 5 estrellas, viajo sola y es en el que me sentí menos segura, cuando he estado en hoteles en medio de la selva. Se escuchaba absolutamente todo del pasillo, y en la habitación de al lado tenían la música alta y estaban medio de fiesta.

l'établissement est au calme à l'extérieur du centre qui est très agité.
le rooftop était vraiment sympa et nous avons bien mangé.

Cons:

la piscine est vraiment minuscule et froide ! et on était un peu les uns sur les autres avec les chaises longues

Sehr gute Hotel mit kleinen Verbesserungen
Pros:

Der Service war sehr gut sowie die Aussicht vom Hotel über Kandy. Der Infinitipool ist sehr schön aber man muss durch das Restaurant gehen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und hochwertige eingerichtet. In der Sky Lounge hat man nochmal einen fantastischen Ausblick, das essen ist auf sehr hohen Niveau.

Cons:

Im Bad hat es nach Toilette gerochen, was nicht zum Auftreten des Hotels passt. In der Sky Lounge sollten mal die Glasscheiben geputzt werden, damit die Aussicht besser genossen werden kann.

Oasis of modern comfort in the heart of Kandy
Pros:

An oasis of modern comfort in the heart of Sri Lanka - insect/lizard free room despite monkey wondering around balconies. Not in the proximity to main attractions in Kandy, but they are you can see all of them from the room and they are within a fairly short tuk tuk ride. Good restaurant with non-exotic options (grilled seafood was surprisingly amazing) + good supply of drinks in/from the rooftop bar.

Cons:

A bit hard to reach/find and does require tuk tuk commute for any city walks. However, the view justifies it all.
