Pros:

The hotel was in a fabulous location and the staff were very professional. A wonderful welcoming on arrival with hot towels and fresh flowers. Definitely would return.

Amazing!

I had a very pleasant stay. I will look to book the room room again once i travel to kandy again

Warm Hospitality !!
Pros:

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent throughout, and the staff were always polite, kind, informative, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed anything. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay very enjoyable overall. Everyone made us feel welcome, and we truly appreciated the hospitality.

Cons:

The only small downside was that there was some construction work happening at the hotel, which could get a bit noisy and started quite early in the day. We also experienced a few slight electricity cuts during our stay. It would have been helpful to know about the construction in advance. However, these were relatively minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience. We still really enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend the hotel to others.

Pros:

The entire experience was amazing. The staff was very friendly & welcoming. Room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was brilliant with a lot of options. View from the room was absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect in our 1 day’s stay. Would certainly recommend anyone visiting Kandy to stay at this hotel.
