Decepcionante, evitar!
Pros:

La ubicación y el desayuno fue lo único que nos gustó

Cons:

Empezando con que el personal fue muy desagradable. No nos trataron bien desde el primer instante.
Está demasiado caro para lo que es. El cuarto está viejo, las instalaciones también, las toallas estaban todas manchadas (pedimos nuevas y estaban igual), no teníamos agua y nos la querían cobrar.
Si se puede evitar, no lo recomiendo. Hay otras opciones mucho más baratas, bien ubicadas y donde cualquier persona es más amable.

Very nice convenient location close to main Kandy town overlooking the Kandy Lake. Comfortable rooms and welcoming staff.

Excellent location, lovely staff + great food
Pros:

It’s located just opposite the lake and within the main part of Kandy so made it ideal to walk around the town from there.

The rooms and bathroom were super clean and the buffet breakfast they do in the mornings had amazing food and lovely staff!

Sehr komfortabel ausgestattete Zimmer. Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Badezimmer könnte etwas sauberer geputzt werden, Silikonfugen sollten vielleicht mal erneuert werden.

ottima posizione ma assolutamente da scegliere una camera con vista lago!
Pros:

La posizione è fantastica e molto centrale, proprio di fronte al lago e a pochi passi dal Tempio del Dente. L'hotel pulito e la colazione buona.

Cons:

le camere sul retro sono un po' tristi e le parti comuni un po' sacrificate

Good place, well located
Pros:

Well located just in front of the beautiful Kandy lake. Spacious and comfortable rooms. A good restaurant in the hotel.

Cons:

I Han an issue with my Swiss pocket knife, that disappeared from the room. When I complained, one person brought it back but never explained clearly why it was missing.

Great stay, kind staff, good location
Pros:

The hotel is well located (close proximity to the Temple of the Tooth which is the main site of Kandy) and has amazing, helpful and kind staff. There is a restaurant on site which serves very good food.
