Beautiful building and decor. Great room. Good food and drink. Happy helpful staff. Close to tram stop and supermarket. Only a few tram stops from central station.
El edificio es formidable, las comodidades también. Su estilo vintage (teléfono de disco y radio, por ejemplo) hace juego. Es maravilloso y, si bien está algo alejado del centro, el tranvía 26 te deja en la estación central en 5 minutos. Definitivamente, me gustaría regresar.
La limpieza fue un poco vaga, por así decirlo, y no repusieron té ni café (detalles).
Deberían dar mas información acerca del edificio y la compañía naviera Royal Lloyds, ¡es alucinante!
The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and breakfast had a good selection and very good coffee and juices.
The room was well presented and beds comfortable and bathroom well fitted and clean.
Our room (003) was in the basement level next to a stairwell, the door of which made a very loud bang every time it closed which caused problems ALL through the night. Also you can hear the water in the pipes in the walls from what we assume is toilets in the upper floors being flushed.
Alles war bestens, wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.
The staff were brilliant, happy and helpful.
Our family room was pretty perfect for our needs.

Sehr sehr nettes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal!!! Sehr schönes Gebäude, tolles Interiordesign, gute Lage und Anbindung um die Stadt zu erkunden, da die Tram sehr nahe ist und man nur 3 Stationen bis Central braucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat viel Auswahl und war lecker. Schöne geräumige Zimmer ( wir hatten ein Roomy). Der beste Instant-Kaffee, den ich je auf dem Zimmer hatte.
-Getränkepolitik beim Frühstück: frei ist der Filterkaffee, der bei unserem ersten Frühstück so dünn war, dass man den Tassenboden sah und wir haben ihn daher nicht nochmal versucht. Der Barista macht tolle Getränke, inklusive ist aber nur eins,danach muss man bezahlen. Finde ich in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie unangemessen, das machen Mitbewerber besser
- mir persönlich war das Bett zu hart, aber das ist ja Geschmacksache .

La chambre (un studio pour nous) était très cosy et agréable, bien que n’ayant reçu qu’un léger nettoyage avant notre arrivée.
Les photos sont incroyables mais l’hôtel en lui même est moins resplendissant.
La retouche ou le cadrage des photos de présentation sont importants.
Un peu d’eau (autre que du robinet) aurait été appréciée dans la chambre.
La place au restaurant est limitée, il faudra donc parfois attendre pour déjeuner (nous étions hors congés scolaires).
Attention: 1 seul café vous sera servi, n’espérez pas avoir deux cafés gratuits avec votre petit déjeuner.

No short stay parking
Breakfast items were not replenished quickly if things ran out. For example there was no bread for toast on our first day;.
Couldnt use the main restaurant on first night due to an event;
No hairdryer in room.

Heerlijk hotel met ruime kamer (wij hadden 'roomy'). Heel stijlvol ingericht. Personeel was super vriendelijk en in-en uitchecken verliep zeer soepel. Ontbijt was prima maar ondanks dat de dame achter de koffie-counter haar best deed moet je wel lang wachten op je kopje koffie omdat elk bakje vers gezet wordt. Ligging is ook prima voor een weekendje Amsterdam.

The hotel itself was lovely, the decor was really nicely done and the staff at reception were wonderful and attentive.
Unfortunately our stay was tainted by a really poor experience in the hotel restaurant. We booked for our first night and were met with rude staff, undercooked food and extremely long wait times for food to come out. I appreciate this isn’t the hotels fault, per se, but it does not give a good impression.
Nice place to stay close to the tram, you’ll be at Centraalen station in 3 stops. (Center)
Great building and decoration, the staff is nice and helpful.
We had a problem either our bed, the mattress had a gap, so really uncomfortable.
We raised the problem and they I guess turned the mattress the other way round, it was better but still.. . A confortable bed is kind of the most important thing in a hotel.
A gesture could have been done too, a breakfast or a cocktail maybe?
Let’s say the service could have been more thoughtful.
