Ubicación tranquila, apartamento justo para 4 personas pero muy completo, con todo lo necesario. Acceso a lavanderia y taquillas.
Sillaa solo para 3, la 4 persona tiene que sentarse en la cama. Mesa demasiado pequeña
Una infraestructura genial. Amenities perfectas. Lindo espacio. Nunca fuimos al gym, pero seguramente estaba top, porque era gratis :)
No se escuchaba ruido de nada. El customer service fue excelente cuidando todos los detalles de la comunicación conmigo.

Había un olor raro a la entrada del edificio ( cerca del restaurante y las otras oficinas )
Y la ubicación es ligeramente alejada de todo medio de transporte que te acerque a Amsterdam. Si tienes bici o las tarjetas de transporte, está bien porque hay una parada de bus a 8’.
El metro más cercano está a 20’.
El desayuno estuvo súper completo, la zona es tranquila y aunque retirada del centro, accesible.
Yo soy una dinosauria, el hotel es bastante moderno y hay que meter códigos en cada puerta. Mi mala suerte tecnológica estuvo presente y uno de los códigos no funcionó y tuvimos que andar de arriba para abajo para aclarar eso. En sí, no está mal la infraestructura, sólo que a mí personalmente no me gusta tanta modernidad.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. All the beds were damp, and the TV in our room didn’t work. We asked the front desk for help several times, but nothing was done.
The receptionist, a woman with curly hair, was unfriendly and didn’t explain any of the hotel’s facilities when we checked in.
We won’t be staying here again. We hope future guests receive better service.
El recibimiento, la atención al cliente, un concepto de atención al cliente muy bien aplicado. Me sorprendieron los detalles y dedicación que tienen.
La ubicación sin ser mala, podria mejorarse con el uso de bicicletas.

Küçük bir gardrop olsa iyi olurdu. Haftada sadece 1 temizlik yapılması kötü, oda çok tozluydu, yatak başına asılı kilim tarzı şey kötü kokuyordu
La taille de la chambre, la vue, le calme, lit très confortable ; le fait de prendre le bateau pour rejoindre le centre d’Amsterdam était très agréable.
Ce n’était pas spécialement propre, quasiment pas d’équipement de cuisine ( pas de plat, juste 1 casserole et 1 poêle, 1 grille-pain, 1 bouilloire). Nous avons demandé un éponge à la réception. Les serviettes ne son pas changées pendant le séjour ( nous devons les nettoyer à la laverie).
