Nice place in the north part of Amsterdam
Pros:

Very clean rooms.
Nice space for the apartment.
Close to a boat station that takes you to the center, for free.
Nice options for breakfast in the neighborhood.

Cons:

No problems during my stay.

Location difficult to reach from city center without car. It supposed to be automatic check in but you need a receptionist to get validated so you have to wait for them and do the whole e-check beraucray

Overall ,we enjoyed our stay in this trendy but quiet property.
Pros:

It’s a very modern, trendy building with great interiors. The staff were helpful and friendly. It’s very quiet and the bed was wonderfully comfortable.

Cons:

It’s quite far from the centre of Amsterdam and extra travel time was required to get to most sites. At night time, the lighting is incredibly gloomy.

Pros:

In general, we liked our stay. The apartment is located near major bus stations, it is well connected to city center. In one bus stop there are plenty of shops & cafes.
The building itself is equipped - good parking, gym, a lot of facilities. It is possible to get whatever you need - extra towels, coffee, whatever. The online support is also super quick and good: when we had some challenges, they always replied in time and help. We liked that it was quite quiet (welllll, 2 nights we were unlucky as in the concert hall nearby there was a huge techno concert, so we had a lot of tsstssstsssstsss during the night, but there is nothing BOB W could do🫠). All facilities in the room were also of a very high standard - beds (even sofa) were comfortable, with really good pillows and bed linen, and kitchenette was very useful.

Overall, it is really comfy, beautiful and modern stay, I can recommend it.

Cons:

Well, it was 4 of us (3 adults +1 kid) and a dog. The room was REALLY small for us (it was hard to fit around the table🤔). Despite the fee for a dog, there were no dog facilities (aka bowl)

But it is just a small remark, everything was great.

Practical with everything promised but no soul.
Pros:

Lovely rain shower, comfortable bed and sofa bed. Had all the amenities promised and front desk staff are wonderful.

Cons:

Price was high and location not so great. Mostly,be careful-unlike most, their listing may not allow cancelations…no matter the reason, no matter your arrival date.

UBICACION MUY BUENA. EN 15 MINUTOS ESTAS EN EL CENTRO DE AMSTERDAM EN BUS. Y LA PARADA CERCA DEL APARTAMENTO. APARTAMENTO NUEVO, FUNCIONAL Y BIEN EQUIPADO. UN POCO PEQUEÑO PARA CUATRO PERSONAS, PERO BIEN

POCO ESPACIOSO PARA CUATRO PERSONAS, PERO PARA LO QUE SE USA PERFECTO, DORMIR Y DUCHARSE.

Pros:

Las habitaciones son excelentes. Muy cómodas y limpias. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario. El personal es súper amable y te ayudan en todo lo que necesitas. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una excelente estancia en Amsterdam. Muy recomendable!

Cons:

Está un poco alejado del centro. Pero existen muchas opciones que te acercan (bus, metro, ferry o bicicleta)
