Uitstekend verblijf op goede locatie
Pros:

Het prachtige hotel, de inrichting en de sfeer in deze accommodatie is een reden hier te verblijven. Het is in de buurt van een treinverbinding met het CBD. Hoewel geen ontbijt beschikbaar konden we wel dat van onszelf klaarmaken in de ruime keuken. De host was erg behulpzaam. Parkeren op eigen terrein.

Very enjoyable stay and an excellent host.
Pros:

A lovely traditional house in a nice area. A car is recommended, parking is free. An excellent host who made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this if you want somewhere a bit different from a traditional hotel.

One of the most beautiful Boutique Hotels in NZ.

Pros:

The owners are really nice and welcoming. Daniel and I loved our stay there and we absolutely loved that they have a small poker table in the lounge. It is very clean and exceptionally decorated. The place is bit and lots of space to walk around. Thank you so much for giving is such a nice stay.

Exceptionally spacious family run hotel very beautiful building.
Pros:

We loved the spaciousness of the house - huge rooms - lovely art work and although its on a busy road suprisingly quiet. The owners could not have been more helplful - genuinely enjoying hosting their guests. A true home from home. We chose this hotel so we could be near Parnell but really glad we didn't stay in Parnell which is quite busy. Enjoyed aircon and ceiling fan in the room and the spacious bathroom, the room fridge and tea/coffee facilities.

Cons:

Parking out front was a bit tight which I didn't like but you can park on the road as well
Our room didn't have a bath (although I think we could have requested one)
There was no formal breakfast although breakfast food and a kitchen was provided but I was really longing for a hotel breakfast
