Staff good.

Cons:

Taking my money 2 months in advance and leaving me with no money, while waiting for 24 hour refund.
Then send me an invite to buy cheap food after I have stated no money left.
Purchasing a towel on line to find you have none in stock so I kindly get offered a hire towel for same price.
I get hit in face by pillow and wheat bag by another occupant because I turned a light off in rooml

Pros:

The facilities and automation is great
We appreciated the efforts put into events and enjoyed our stay

Cons:

The only issue we had regarding our room was having no access to the tV for any viewing.
As confirmed by staff the unit had no internet connectivity to operate the system

ㄧ樓洗衣設備很實用，一樣刷卡就可以洗好洗滿，
Pros:

地點方便，旁邊是巴士總站bus interchange ，可以搭到基督城纜車。搭公車刷卡只要2元紐幣。走路可以到riverside market ，紙教堂，新攝政街（new regent str)

Was a good place for the team except gor a loud disco on the Saturday night

Cons:

No bread or toast with cooked breakfast very odd and i believe substandard. Contacted staff re property left behind and they advised to come pick up. When we arrived back they did not have property. Showed no remorse for wasting our time and lord knows what happened to the property!!

Just a few steps from bus exchange. Centrally located to shopping , riverside area , supermarkets and restaurants.
