Die lage war sehr gut und as Frühstück auch.

Cons:

Ich habe mich dran gewöhnt, dass das Personal in Cuaco serh freundlich und aufmerksam waren, aber in Lima war nicht das gegenteil, aber ich habe diese Freundlichkeit vermisst. Es war in Ordnung... Es gabt kein Aufzug und im Flur war extrem Laut, die Zimmertüre könnten auch mit schallschutz ausgestattet werden.

A las 7:30 de la mañana ya no habia anda para desayunar, acá hay un abuso laboral por parte de la administración, una
Sola persona, servia, cocinaba, reponía, limpiaba la mesa, estaba sobrepasada, era un desayuno con ausencia de alimentos, platos vacíos, mesas sucias.

Cons:

Hongo en la ducha de los baños, luz quemada del baño, aseo deficiente en los pasillos, poca iluminación en la habitación, no ponen toalla deficiente mano, no salía el shampoo o gel de baño de la ducha, habitación colindaba con comedor, me encontré con ventana abierta y habían mosquitos en la habitación.

Hice la reserva tres semanas antes de mi estancia porque vivo en España. Cuando llegué a Lima y fui a la dirección, mi sorpresa fue que no existía la reserva. Llamé al dueño y me dijo que él gestiona las reservas por celular, no por booking, yo no recibí ninguna llamada de él, imagino que como en booking tengo registrado un celular con número de España, no pudo llamarme. Así que nunca recibí su llamada para gestionar la reserva, y encima, él ya tenía alquilado el departamento. En ese momento, con todas mis maletas, tuve que buscar en airbnb otro departamento. Mala atención, ni si quiera una disculpa o una ayuda a encontrar otro departamento cerca.

Cons:

Mala atención, falta de gestión y comunicación. Tener cuidado al reservar si son extranjeros, ya que la gestión la hace vía llamada (celular de Perú).

Un hotel pequeño muy bien ubicado en Miraflores en una calle peatonal. la habitación era pequeña y al lado de las escaleras, por lo que era un poco ruidoso. pero por el precio y calidad es muy bueno. solo fui a un par de reuniones de trabajo.

La atención fue buena, sin embargo las fotos y la realidad de mi habitación si me dejaron mucho que desear. La ubicación estuvo muy bien, en la zona de miraflores con lugares turísticos cerca

La relación de las fotos con la realidad, no fueron muy acertadas y yo esperaba otra cosa. Eso siempre es un poco decepcionante. Además el precio por el que "reservé" en booking fue menor al que en realidad me cobraron al llegar al hotel, cosa que también me decepcionó.
