I wish I were giving this a higher score because the room itself (after I changed rooms) is very comfortable and spacious. The location is great, where you are next to a lot of great food, bars, and clothing stores. Staff is overall nice. They offer late check out where you can check out around 18:00 for a reasonable fee.
I had to change rooms because they put me in a room right next to the rooftop of the restaurant, which is public for guests (totally fine), but one guest asked me if my room was a bathroom, which was quite annoying. The music was also extremely loud (this was Sunday afternoon at 3 pm). Another instance was when I was checking out, the staff took pictures of my towels where she thought there were stains (I used a facial clay mask and wiped my mouth from eating tallarines verdies). I didn't have to pay (would have been absurd if I did), but I thought it was weird that it was such a big concern. Third, I had to pay for my water (which is fine), but I told her it was stale (it tasted super old when I opened it and had to throw it out because I did not want to be sick). I am someone who reads reviews and always has something positive to say about the places I stay in (I have stayed in hotels, airbnbs, and hostels around the world) but unfortunately this "boutique" hotel was not worth the money. However, if you are staying on the 2nd floor - you should be fine.

Mega leuke buurt waar het hotel is. Super mooie kamer. Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Heel fijn bed.
Endroit très bien placé à Miraflores, très calme malgré la dynamique habituelle de l'emplacement. Nous avons trouvé de super endroits pour manger, au choix, pour les besoins de personnes diverses. Le trafic est chaotique, pourtant les conducteurs de taxis ont réussi à s'en sortir. Le transport public pour aller au centre-ville était proche de la voie express Luis Bedoya Reyes.
La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca al parque de Miraflores, todo a la mano.
Me ubicaron en una habitación en el primer piso que olía demasiado a humedad. No me quisieron pasar de habitación y son conscientes del olor porque tienen un aromatizador automático en el cuarto. A la habitación le faltaba ventilación porque la ventana era minúscula y eso empeoraba el olor.
El desayuno muy completo y la atención de los dos muchachos, muy buena .
