Pros:

Chambre sale, pas de drap sur la couette. Couette et drap sales avec traces noires. Je demande au réceptionniste de me mettre des draps et de changer la couette, il ne me met pas de drap et me change la couette sale par une couette encore plus sale. Juste horrible. Mauvaises odeurs dans la chambre. À fuir

Pros:

The staff are really nice and kind, beds are comfortable, however one thing that really messed up my stay were the washrooms.

They had a bath tub available in one of the rooms which influenced my decision, but later they said I wasn’t allowed to take a bath in it. when I showered the water went everywhere somehow. there’s no proper drainage in the washroom so my whole stay I had a washroom full of water on the floor.

The breakfast was bare minimum, nothing special. Bread eggs coffee, juice, ham and butter/jam

I expected more from a “hotel” service but it was fine for 1 day stay.

Pros:

This place was listed as a hotel and in fact it is a hostal. The place was dirty, smelled, and unsafe. The room had windows to the hallway and they were hot. If I left the window open to be able to breath I risked the chance of someone sticking their arm into my room and opening the door to the room. Overall I did to feel safe that I ended up leaving and going to another hotel.

Pros:

Basic hotel option in aguas calientes. Service from staff was disorganised and confused. We had booked for two nights but they had only recorded one. On our first night around 7pm, one of the staff knocked on our door and told us that we needed to cancel the booking and leave, only to find out that the issue was that she just wanted us to pay for the room in advance rather than at check out although there had not been an issue at check in. The rooms did not feel secure as there are internal facing windows which could not lock. On the plus side, the showers had hot water and breakfast is decent.
