Pros:

Wonderfully friendly, helpful staff. An extremely peaceful, and special feeling place. Room was clean and tidy. Sheets were incredibly soft, bed was comfy. Quirky decor throughout. Delicious smoothie with breakfast.

Cons:

Breakfast could have had more on offer, (though perhaps I could have asked for more). Bread and eggs only, but was accompanied by the smoothie mentioned above. This being said, I appreciate that this way, there will be little food waste.

Acogedor, como estar en casa.
Pros:

La comida estuvo muy buena. Las instalaciones de los cuartos y baños, muy acogedor y limpios. Ese mini museo muy interesante y entretenido. El personal muy amable y profesional. Los animalitos muy lindos y bien cuidados. Está muy cerca a la Huacachina puedes pedir taxi o moto taxi. Responden rápido al WhatsApp ante alguna duda o consulta.

Cons:

La piscina necesita ser limpiada más seguido, porque hay avispas y no solo me dan miedo sino que soy alérgica. Podrían poner a la entrada de la piscina un pasillo de concreto o escaleras de cemento, porque el agua y la tierra lo hacían resbaladizo por el barro. No me indicaron que había un SS.HH. al lado de la piscina.

Très déçus de l'escroquerie de cet hôtel !

Le cadre est très agréable !

Cons:

Le personnel est très lent, le restaurant n'est pas très bon et cher pour la qualité des plat servis.
Les tarifs des activités sont élevés par rapport à d'autres endroits.
Nous leur avons réservé l'activité Les Lignes de Nazca et malheureusement, le matin avant d'arriver à l'aérodrome pour effectuer le vol, mon mari était malade et n'était plus en capacité de faire le vol. La compagnie de vol AeroMoche à l'aerodrome de Nazca a refusé de nous rembourser sa place. De plus, le directeur nous avait assuré que nous serions tous les 7 sur le même avion alors qu'arrivé sur place, nous avons été séparés en 2 groupes de 5 et 2. Nous avons donc contacté le directeur de l'hôtel afin de trouver une solution avec lui. Il nous a été répondu qu'il allait nous rappeler rapidement. Il ne nous a jamais rappelé. Et ne nous répondait plus au téléphone !

No me gustó que no limpiaran nuestra habitación.

Otra cosa muy negativa de esta instalación es el desayuno, me parece que por el precio que se paga por la estancia, el desayuno es absurdo, panes y mantequilla, zumo, café, y una tostada con huevo...

Me refiero, no cuesta poner queso, jamón, leche, en vez de fresa solo por si a alguien no le gusta la fresa no tiene opción de comer otra cosa...

Para el colmo cuando nos dejaron sin limpiar la habitación por culpa de ellos, les pedimos una rebanada de pan con huevo (otra más) me decía el empleado que sería un suplemento, en fin, desayunamos pan con mantequilla nada más en rasgos generales, decepcionante por el precio que se paga.

Pros:

Hotel confortable et bien entretenu a 30 min à pieds de l'oasis (10min en taxi). Tout est soigné et bien pensé. Nous avons aimé notre chambre très ample et sa salle de bain. La piscine et le haras sont des beaux espaces pour se détendre. Le petit dej est de qualité, ainsi que le restaurant. Je conseil!

Cons:

Cela ne dépends pas des propriétaires mais le quartier dans les environs est un peu sale. Heureusement que l'hotel est un havre de paix.
