Excelente dia
Pros:

La atención sobre todo la del señor que estaba en recepción muy amable,atento y cordial

El baño un poco ya que se demoraba mucho en calentar el agua y la cortina de la ducha se trababa

Para comenzar la atención es un lujo,el personal es increíble,tanto el de día como el de noche,solo puefo dar agradecimientos hacia el personal que trabaja en este Hotel, claramente los remiendo 100%!!!!

Semana Santa muy bien atendidos

Hola, fui con mi familia para semana santa desde el 01 al 05 de abril y nos encanto el Hotel. La atención es excepcional desde la llegada hasta que dejamos el alojamiento. Nos atendieron muy bien Don Alex fue muy amable y siempre estaba atento a todo lo que necesitábamos, un ejemplo es que nos ayudó a encontrar transporte hacia el aeropuerto de arica cuando dejamos el hotel. Las recepcionistas también fueron muy amorosas. En general el Hotel estaba bien, el servicio de limpieza impecable, al igual que el desayuno, siempre iban reponiendo lo que se acababa, todo muy rico, me gustó que tuvieran agua fuera de las habitaciones y sectores de descanso.

Cons:

Quizás lo que se podría mejorar es que los pasillos de las habitaciones tenían poca iluminaión incluso de día. Es lo único.
