Grande chambre avec lit King size, très bel hôtel et emplacement.
Très très mal insonorisé, et bruyant. La douche n’était pas très propre, des cheveux était présents.

Amazing place to stay in Huacachina!
We stayed in a private room with an ensuite bathroom, and everything exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was also excellent and had everything we needed.
What really makes this hostel special is the staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. They even helped us book Ubers and gave us great recommendations throughout our stay.
The atmosphere is young, fun, and social, but at the same time everyone feels welcome and well looked after. The pool area is fantastic, and the vibe around the pool during the day is really cool and relaxed.
One thing we truly appreciated was that they allowed us to stay and use the hostel facilities all day after check-out at no extra cost. They also stored our luggage safely until late in the evening, which made our travel plans much easier.
The food is also very good, especially considering the location, and having everything you need in one place is a huge plus.
We had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Huacachina!
Pool is great, great outside area with nice details, directly under a huge sanddune. We liked it. Poor employees, were understaffed but still gave their best....gracias

Effectivement, hotel et quartier festifs mais c'était bien indiqué et répété à l'accueil donc pas de surprise.
Nous avons eu la chambre que nous avions demandé donc top !

The rooms were set up really well with two showers and one toilet. The bed had curtains, plug sockets and their own lights. There was storage under the bed for bags which meant there was loads of space in the room to move around.
It was really noisy quite late and we stayed on a Tuesday so didn’t think it would be. Not a massive problem as it’s advertised as a party hostel.
The pool area and tables
The museum and the music playing way to loud late. After 11pm just turn it down so I can sleep. Even with ear plugs and noise cancelling headphones it was still loud enough to keep me awake. I'm not a party pooper but this is Disrespectful! Especially when I opened my door at gone 1am and literally no one is dancing or anything.... Stupid.
Bedroom was crappy also for what we paid.

The room was hot during the day the air conditioning was off until 8pm.

Las actividades y espacios comunes, el ambiente que se formó la noche de karaoke, muy bueno, la piscina y ambientes en general son muy limpios y los huéspedes respetuosos, además cuentan con un espacio para dejar las maletas y un baño con ducha por si llegas antes de que tu habitación esté lista y debas de asearte antes de salir a algún tour
El trato del personal, fue muy incómodo hablarles, tenían una actitud como si no quisieran atenderte algunos de recepción y además en el bar se demoraron una hora en preparar mi bebida, la pasaron por alto al parecer, y ya a la hora me acerqué a reclamarla, no la habían hecho y estaba debajo de una pila de tickets, tuvieron que buscarlo para recién prepararlo
