The most incredible hotel in the area with the best staff, they made us feel like family
Pros:

We were there for work and chose this hotel for the central location to the Plaza de Armas. We were so impressed with the staff, the ladies at the reception went above and beyond to assist us with room requests and travel assistance, so friendly and accommodating! The breakfast staff and evening bar staff were always there to make sure we were comfortable and wanted to help us with whatever we needed. The roof top bar has the best view of the cathedral and surrounding snow top mountains, no other hotel could beat this!! The bartenders make the best pisco sours, they even brought us blankets and heaters to keep us comfortable. The manager was always there to greet us with a smile and to see if we needed anything. I would go back in a heartbeat and would absolutely recommend this beautiful Boutique hotel anyone!!!!

Agradable pero les falta mejorar mucho aún.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. A solo 1 cuadra de la plaza central de armas. La habitación es grande y limpia. No fue la que ordene, pero me dieron una muy buena habitación.

Cons:

El desayuno fue malo. Si bien te dicen que es buffet de 6.30 a 10.00 am. A las 9.30 ya no reponen nada. Les pides amablemente que te preparen algo del buffet y no lo hacen. Fue pésimo. Deberían ser honestos y decir que no es buffet.

Por otro lado, perdieron unos aretes de mi esposa y no se hicieron responsables. Si bien los aretes no tuvieron un valor económico ni sentimental, no hubo disculpas por parte del personal.

Cons:

Fanno pagare il sacchetto della pulitura. Assurdo. In nessun hotel in nessuna parte del mondo vogliono soldi per il sacchetto della pulitura dei vestiti.

La mejor elección!
Pros:

Hermoso hotel, bien ubicado. El personal del hotel
Fue muy amable todo el tiempo. Fui a celebrar mi cumpleaños con mi esposo y me sorprendieron con un lindo detalle. Nos ayudaron muchísimo todo el tiempo y el rooftop es lo mejor para relajarte un rato y ver el sunset. La ubicación es excelente porque está cerca a la plaza y hay mucho comercio cerca. Los precios de los alimentos eran razonables y la comida muy buena. Brindan desayuno buffet y tenía variedad y muy rico.

Cons:

La habitación que tuvimos era un poco difícil de acceder ya que estaba en un piso que era como mezzanine y un par de veces nos equivocamos para poder llegar. Pero la verdad no fue nada comparado
Con todo lo bueno que tiene este hotel.

Rooftop views and perfect location for a stay in Arequipa!
Pros:

Perfect location, really helpful staff, delicious breakfast, and stunning views from the rooftop!

Cons:

The room was a bit hot at night, and there was only a ventilator which looked like an AC unit and since the icons weren’t readable we struggled with it in the middle of the night. Opening the window ended up helping, though!

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, esta a pocos minutos de la plaza de armas. La habitación es muy acogedora y esta bien distribuida, hay un espacio con hervidor y cafetera que son excelentes para la frías noches de Arequipa. El balcón tiene una vista hermosa. El personal es muy amable, adicional cuentan con servicio de spa, 100% recomendado.

Cons:

Se puede escuchar un poco de ruido exterior.
