Ein schönes Hotel. Das Zimmer mit Balkon ging zur Straße und war sehr ruhig. Der Ausblick auf den Rio Urubamba ist wunderschön.
Wir kamen sehr früh an und wurden abgeholt und sogar zum Ticket office für die Eintrittskarten für Machu Picchu gebracht. Die Dame hat uns sogar Regenschirme mitgebracht.
Wir mussten nicht sehr lange warten, bis wir ins Zimmer konnten.
Nichts. Sehr zu empfehlen!
La ubicación excelente, estar frente al río le da una tranquilidad excepcional al lugar. Si hubiera tenido más tiempo me hubiera quedado mucho más! El personal muy amable, nos fueron a buscar al tren, luego custodiaron nuestro equipaje mientras fuimos a Machupicchu, luego ellos mismos nos llevaron las maletas a la estación de trenes. Todo muy bien !
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional — they truly made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and the room offered a beautiful, relaxing view that made my trip even more enjoyable. I sincerely appreciate the excellent service and warm hospitality. Highly recommended.
Estuvo todo muy bien, las habitaciones y el hotel muy limpio, cómodo y el personal que con su buena amabilidad y un excelente servicios, sobre todo el personal Luz y Carina, personas muy amable que hacen que la estadía sea mucho mas agradable.
Nothing fancy but everything was clean and nice, and room was bigger than we expected. The real reason for giving them a high rating is the staff. They met us at the train station, which seemed like it would be unecessary since they are so close but when we saw the maze of market stalls that completely envelop the train station we were thankful for the guide. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to bus and train and pretty much everything else you will want while in Machu Picchu Pueblo/Aguas Calientes.
The shower wasn't really hot
We stayed 2 nights in this hotel in Agua Caliente and it served us very well for our trips to MacchuPicchu. We had a room with 2 beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet, the shower had warmish water and soap, shampoo and towels are provided. There is an elevator. One hears the loud river everywhere in AC, but it did not disturb our sleep at all.
Breakfast was available from 5 am (thank you!) and was with eggs on choice, ham, cheese and fruit and very good Espresso coffee.
Reception staff was very friendly.
Coming with the train early in the afternoon they were so kind to pick up a part of our luggage at the station so we could get directly to Machu Pichu after arriving with our incarsol package.

You can by softdrinks or local beer at the reception.
In 4/5 minutes you are at the Busstop to MachuuPichu and in the center of the town.

Two or three houses up the road on the left we had also a nice inka massage an we recommand also the restaurant mistura. Good local food and friendly service.

Probably the nicest view I have ever had from a hotel room. Just beautiful. Staff was great, breakfast was great. This place made for the perfect trip to Machu Picchu.

My group of 5 stayed at Santuario Machupicchu for 2 nights during our visit to Machu Picchu & Aguas Calientes. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable - but during our stay we never had hot water in the shower. At best the water was lukewarm and cold water for most of the time. Breakfast is included in the stay and is available from 5am-10am. Breakfast included a buffet of tea, coffee, croissants, slices of jam and cheese, fruit juice and eggs (fried or scrambled) that are prepared to order. There are stairs and an elevator to access the higher floors. The staff is very helpful and fluent in Spanish & English.

Un petit déjeuner style buffet était inclus dans notre prix. Proximité du centre en étant plus au calme.
Dommage que dans notre chambre l’eau n’était pas chaude comme nous l’aurions voulu.
The hotel has a good location and is ok, yet service is not.
0 flexibility as a service for room access. We came back from MP and still had more than half an hour left to access our room but were refused. We couldn’t even quickly brush our teeth. No courtesy.
