Pros:

Fijne locatie in een veilige wijk (Miraflores). Eetgelegenheden dichtbij.
Hotel was klein maar fijn: prima kamers, goed ontbijtje. Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Cons:

Helaas had onze kamer geen raam en was het een beetje gehorig.

The staff was awesome. No two ways about it. They do a good job and the owner should be very happy with him.
The location was pretty good.

Cons:

We have mold in our room. The next day we were changed to another room that had 20 times more mold. Of course wasn't acceptable so we finally got moved to another room that there wasn't any mold but the humidity was absolutely brutal. Everything was constantly moist. If you have an issue with that you shouldn't stay at this hotel.
When you walk into the hotel there are strong smells all over the place and I believe they're trying to cover the humidity or the moisture.
If mold and moisture don't bother you then stay here. It would be a great hotel if it didn't have those issues.

Pros:

- Good balance between the cost and the service
- European vibes rooms, knid of cozy
- I like the management, i had to re-schedule my trip because of some emergency and they didn't chanrge me anything for the changes (and they could do it) that alone, i will always stay at that hotel boutique.

Cons:

Me tocó la habitación 205 no cuenta con ventilación, le pedimos que no limpiaran el cuarto dejamos colgado el cartel y lo expresamos personalmente y lo hicieron

I loved the staff. Every one of them were extremely friendly and helpful. They would go out of their way to provide us with anything we needed. Great location and also the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The only thing I would let others know is that there is no elevator and we are on the 3rd floor. Great for burning calories but a senior guest would never be able to haul the bags up the narrow staircase. Definitely not a big deal to us but a bit inconvenient is all.
