Met our expectations and we would book again
Pros:

Clean, modern room and facilities. Efficient & helpful staff.

Cons:

Wifi and mobile service in the room were weak. (Maybe was fine in common areas but we did not try)

Pros:

I only stayed here for one night, but it was excellent. I arrived later than I expected after 21:00 but checking in went smooth. You just had to press the doorbell and someone will come get you. The staff is very nice, friendly, and very professional. The room itself is really cozy, where the beds are comfortable. Location is great, very close to a lot of different food places and shopping. I can't recommend this place enough!

económico para la zona- relación calidad precio adecuada.
Pros:

hotel cuco y bien situado, las habitaciones están bien, ducha, aire acondicionado, televisión... La situación en Miraflores es muy buena y con un empujoncito más sería un sitio muy chulo.

Cons:

Lamentablemente le falta ascensor (hay que subir a pie por las escaleras hasta el tercer piso, o cuarto). Están en obras y hay tubos y paredes sin terminar. Cuando bajé a desayunar no les funcionaba el hornillo y no pudieron ofrecerme huevos. Solo una tostada con mantequilla. Tiene potencial pero les falta pulir detalles.

Staff was super nice, room was clean, location is very good.

Cons:

I did not apreciate being woken up by workers (drilling and hammering) as i will fly all night and i cannot sleep on the plane.

Pésima experiencia. Administración mentirosa.
Cons:

El hotel decidió hacer trabajos de obra pesada, teniendo pasajeros. Estando enfermo tuve que cambiarme de habitación porque el ruido era insorportable (tengo videos, pero no se pueden subir a Booking). Me ofrecieron una comprensación de USD$52,8 y más de un mes después aún no la pagan. Más aun, dejaron de responder mis mensajes y le mienten a Booking diciendo que supuestamente hicieron el pago. Al pedirles el comprobante de transferencia... silencio absoluto. Bonita decoración, pero solo eso. Para ser un hotel "boutique" hay que ofrecer un servicio de alto nivel y aquí no lo encontrarán. Aparatos de la habitación desconectados al momento de llegar, espacio extremadamente reducido en la habitación y otros detalles que absurdos como que la caja fuerte no está anclada a ningún lado (es simplemente una caja de metal sobre un mueble, que cualquiera se pude llevar), etc., etc. Mención aparte para el desayuno, que no resiste análisis (adjunto fotos). El personal de recepción es amable, pero de la administración nada bueno puedo decir.

Ótima proposta com bom custo benefício. O Hotel é aconchegante e bem localizado.

Cons:

Estavam com algumas obras durante nossa estadia. O querto era extremamente pequeno e o café da manhã tinha apenas opção de pão com ovo (deixou bastante a desejar).
