Schön restauriertes Gebäude

Cons:

Fehlender Kühlschrank / Minibar und Safe im Zimmer, Fenster sind nicht zu öffnen und im Bad kein (funktionierender) Dunstabzug, sodass nach dem Duschen überall im ganzen Zimmer ewig Nebel und Feuchtigkeit war, in der Gemeinschaftsküche bedient man sich (trotz Kennzeichnung der Lebensmittel) am Essen der Anderen.

Quartier calme. Proche d'une ligne de Tram.
Logement fonctionnel, décoré avec goût et très propre.

Cons:

L'ouverture de la chambre avec une clé électronique. Embêtant quand nous n'avons plus de batterie sur le téléphone.

Locatie was top, kamer was erg sfeervol. Fijne voorzieningen in de buurt en makkelijk toegang tot OV.

Cons:

Afwas was door vorige gasten niet goed gedroogd waardoor koffiezetter smerig was.

Pros:

Gostamos muito também das instalações do quarto quádruplo sem a cozinha, ele tem espaço maior nos 2 quartos e mesa de apoio para lanches ou trabalho. A cozinha comunitária também é muito completa e sempre com muita disponibilidade. Também com tudo a mão, toalhas de banho e outros utensílios disponíveis para reposição quando desejamos. Em relação a localização muito boa, em uma rua movimentada, com supermercado em frente, restaurantes, pizzarias, farmácia muito próximos. O trampo (bonde) em frente e a Estação de Trem a 10 minutos de caminhada fácil.
Ficamos hospedados em família por 2 períodos e foi muito agradável.

Cons:

Um ponto a considerar, no quarto quádruplo há um cama de casal bem grande, e um sofá-cama com colchão mais fino que para 13 dias nao seria confortável, então seguimos a recomendação dos comentários de pedir protetor de colchão e fomos atendidos e organizaram antes de chegarmos, , inclusive com uma cama extra de colchão inflável que ajudou muito.

Gostamos muito das instalações, o quarto quádruplo com cozinha é excelente, espaçoso e tinha tudo que precisamos para 1 semana de hospedagem. A localização boa, numa rua movimentada, com supermercado em frente, restaurantes, pizzarias e farmácias muito próximos.. O tram (bonde) também há poucos metros e estação de Trem há 10 minutos de caminhada. Recomendo para familia!

Único ponto no quarto quádruplo tem uma cama de casal bem grande e confortável, mas as outras duas pessoas ficam em sofá-cama de colchão mais fino - Segui a recomendação dos comentários e pedimos um protetor de colchão extra.

Onze ervaring met een volledig ontspoorde hotelboeking

Onze kerstavond werd volledig verpest door Bob W. Onze geboekte studio werd enkele uren voor aankomst geannuleerd, waarna we werden afgedaan met een kleinere, goedkopere kamer aan de andere kant van Amsterdam — of we konden annuleren, op kerstavond, terwijl restaurant, Uber en familie‑afspraken allang vaststonden. De communicatie was chaotisch, we kregen zelfs foutieve betalingsverzoeken, maakten extra kosten, moesten twee keer van kamer wisselen en daarna als kers op de taart maandenlang achter onze eigen geld aan moeten zitten, zogenaamd €14 voor het kamerverschil. Dit bedrijf neemt geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid en toont nul gastvrijheid. Absoluut vermijden.
