Comfy and convenient stay in a great neighbourhood
Pros:

The check-in and check-out were seamless. Being able to unlock the apartment door with button on your phone was great, no need to worry about keeping track of keys.
The building itself has a really cool aesthetic, inside and out, and the neighbourhood is full of great restaurants, cafés and bars.
The room was clean and the sheets and towels smelled fresh. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was very convenient, and the bathroom and lighting were great. The WiFi, air-conditioning, hot water, etc. worked without any issues and there weren’t any hazards for our small dog.
All in all, the perfect place for a short stay in Amsterdam.

Access is (could be) an issue, but great otherwise
Pros:

Nice location and safe area

Cons:

Your phone is your key and no staff around to sort access to rooms if you lose your phone, it is stolen or runs out of battery. A key card should be issued on arrival for the duration. This could be a safe box that the visitor is sent a code to if out of hours with no staff waiting or on shift. This is something that is a low point of stopping here.

El sofá cama no se puede utilizar
Pros:

La habitación es muy amplia, el baño tiene todo lo necesario. Si vas en coche puedes encontrar aparcamiento en las calles de alrededor pero cuesta 6,50€ la hora. Tiene al lado un supermercado, una pizzería, hamburguesería , etc Tampoco nos movimos mucho por esa zona así que no sabría deciros como es la conexión con el centro de Ámsterdam. El desayuno es un vale para una cafetería de bagels que hay cerca. Solo tienen bagels, con todo tipo de rellenos y zumos y cafés. La cama de la habitación es muy cómoda, el “hotel” tiene un comedor donde tú puedes guardar tu comida y comer en el si quieres, está súper bien equipado e incluso tienen especias, papel Albal, etc que puedes coger y utilizar.

Cons:

Aunque pone que tiene un sofá cama, este sofá no es válido para dormir, te hundes en el colchón, el colchón es súper finito, es muy incómodo y pequeño. A mayores el espacio donde está él no está nada insonorizado, la primera noche no pudimos dormir porque se escuchaban todos los coches y la gente que pasaba por allí como si los tuvieses al lado. La segunda noche tuvimos que coger este minicolchon y tirarlo en el suelo de la habitación para intentar dormir algo, aún así las habitaciones tampoco están bien insonorizadas y se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle.

Great stay
Pros:

Great stay, beautiful room and very well communicated staff. We would stay again.

Cons:

I believe it will be even better once the roadworks are complete. But it’s only a short and beautiful walk to the nearest train station.

Pros:

Location was great - near enough to the city centre that it was easy to get to, but far enough away to not be noisy.

Cons:

This was out of Bob's control, but a couple times we did have to tell people who were having loud conversations in the hall well after midnight to be quiet.

Pros:

La struttura è molto carina, in un quartiere gradevole e tranquillo. La stanza era molto grande così come il bagno e la pulizia era buona.

Cons:

La posizione è molto scomoda da raggiungere coi mezzi pubblici, forse anche per i lavori che ci sono attualmente nella strada prospiciente. Bisogna camminare per circa 20 minuti per arrivare alla prima fermata del tram che porta in centro. Migliorei la dotazione di pentole/stoviglie della cucina interna alla camera. Le scale per arrivare al secondo piano sono ripidissime.

Lots to like about it and would stay there again but only after the construction is complete

Location due to the horrendous street construction. Nothing the property could about this but it made walking a real challenge as we do a lot of walking.

Talo on kaunis. Iso sänky. Kadulla hyvät palvelut.

Cons:

Ei ollu mikroa. Suihkuseinä liian pieni. Vessa oli veden vallassa suihkun jälkeen. Silloin kun olimme paikalla kadulla oli iso tietyö joka haittasi liikkumista kaupunkiin ja vincent van gogh museoon. Raitiovaunupysäkille piti kävellä tietyömaan sivuitse ja parin kilometrin matka pysäkille oli hankala. Tekoäly vastausta ei oltu päivitetty tietyön osalta.
