Descent hotel in a loud, overpriced, crappy tourist trap of a town
Pros:

Staff was very kind, rooms were clean and as pictured. Breakfast was the same each morning, but sufficient. One morning a kind staff member made our family fresh scrambled eggs.

Cons:

The town itself is a tiny, noisy, way overpriced tourist trap and I wouldn't stay there any more nights than absolutely necessary. We had great window rooms, but the noise and pollution from the nearby train station made those thin windows a strong negative. Do they really need to leave those train engines running while parked, pouring visible exhaust into my room?!? Do they really need those loud bells every time they move - as if the engine itself isn't loud enough to scare away anyone and any thing?!? Only one small, crappy pillow per person.

Las camas muy cómodas y espaciosas, lugar cerca de todo.

Cons:

El baño perdía la ducha y no lo solucionaron, muy muy pequeño el baño, nos quedamos dos noches y no hubo servicio de limpieza, teníamos que andar solicitando papel para baño, y que por favor nos cambien la toallas, el desayuno.muy pobre, se quedaba sin café y no reponía lo.lismo que la leche, el último día no pude tomar café con leche porque no había. La misma chica que atendía recepción preparaba el desayuno no se ocupaba ni de una no de otra. Agua caliente no te daban porque no era hora de calentar agua.

The windows arent sound proof, just a slab of glass windows through which air comes in easily. No room heater for people. No kettle . No body wash provided or lotion

Price is low for the town but you don’t get much for your money
Pros:

Functional, close enough to important things in the town. Beds were comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Had no hot water in the evening. Wifi also didn’t work anywhere in the hotel and staff argued that it was because everyone was using it. Not a great excuse for a hotel. Rooms had very poor sound proofing so I could hear most other residents especially when they were showering.

Good hotel accroding to the price, clean and simple. Good for have a sleep. Personal is very helpful

Cons:

the breakfast is too simple (cheese, bread, butter, papaya, coffee or tea). Eggs are offered for additional 5 soles

It’s alright for a very quick overnight stay before heading to Machu Pichu, but definitely not recommended for multiple

Location to train station

Cons:

Very noisy, leaking shower facette that flooded the bathroom. Staff didn’t seem too concerned when we mentioned it and did nothing to fix it.
