I was given a room which was still being painted. I was moved to another. The carpets were so dirty I couldn’t step on them barefooted and so was the bathroom. The toilet basin was high and skew it shook when I sat on it as if it would break. There was a pungent smell in my room, the whole building

Pros:

The room was tidy and clean the beds are comfortable to sleep in & the linen/blankets were fresh. The room was spacious and I like how the room has a sliding door with balcony.

Cons:

The toilet & shower room is small a little cramped in but can't complain me my partner managed fine.

Pomocny personel, możliwość zostawienia bagaży, lokalizacja, cisza, bezpłatny transfer na lotnisko realizowany co 25 minut. Łatwa rejestracja

Zapomniano o ręcznikach, był tylko jeden do rąk. Pokój był posprzątany, nie mam zarzutów ale krzesła bardzo brudne, to wręcz odstraszało aby na nich usiąść, łazienka minimalistyczna, płytki z różnych remontów ale na jedną noc nie potrzebowaliśmy niczego wyszukanego, ważne że blisko lotniska.

The front desk men were lovely, but the building and facilities were shocking!!

The room had an off smell to it
The shower was not cleaned properly, used soap left on the floor of it, dirty towel on the floor.
The toilet had not been cleaned! Hair on the seat!! And it wasn't from ones head!👀
Toilet bin still had rubbish in it.
The tv didn't work!

Asked for another room

It had the same smell in that room too!
No towels!
And the bedside lamps didn't work
The tv was sitting on the desk chair!
The electric gate was left open all night.
As well as the side entry door.
A random stranger standing in the back carpark asking for a cigarette!
No regard for saftey.
Bags of Rubbish lined the back of the property.
This place needs a total makeover and new management with professional pride in hospitality.

The photos of the rooms must be 2 decades old!

Nothing, I left! It was nothing like the pictures, it is a scam!.. after trying to get a bed in the other part of their building (the Gate hotel, not sure how that is by the way).. But it was full. I asked for a refund but didn't get it. I booked another stay close by..

It smelled, it was not clean, stains everywhere, it was noisy, holes in the wall, the furniture was damaged (and not a little bit), couldn't get the windows to open, the curtains were broken, a rusty fan was on the table with still a cotton swap lying on the table.. I left and didn't get a refund. And the pictures they show on booking.com are absolutely ridiculous, it didn't look like it at all!..

Everrrrrrrything , please don’t ever ever book here , you book aero but they send you to vr hotel to avoid getting rated bad , does aero even exist ??? Worst place I’ve ever stayed , the room next to me left and said her curtain was broken , there was also mould everywhere , our room was tiny , dint have a curtain , cockroaches in the room , no hot water , no towels , shared kitchen was a mess , I swear people live there
