Pros:

It was very close to the airport, staff was friendly, the room was very spacious and there was parking available right outside of our room.

Cons:

The heating in the room didn't work, the reception provided a tiny space heater which helped a little but didn't stand a chance to warm up the big room. Also strangely, the hotel had a different name which confused us a little when we arrived.

Pros:

I liked my stay. Room was comfortable, although one down side there was only one towel in the room when stated two guest would be in the room.
Entering was confusing clearer signs on the front door would help make that navigation easier for future overnight stayers as I had to go to neighbouring building for door key/room info.

Cons:

Seems a little run down. Room didn't have a toaster. I usually expect a jug and toaster as bare minimum

Pros:

Close to airport. Found a new restaurant on site, saved driving to find somewhere to eat.

Cons:

The broken floor tiles in bathroom. Musty in the room, worn carpet. Could not find extra blankets.

There was only 1 towel in the room and the mess on the bench and a condom packet qas found on the floor when i got there

Pros:

Location, good size room

Cons:

Cold, no extra blankets, heater did not work, cold all night, no bath mat slipped when exiting the shower. Chicken meal in restaurant was dry, Chicken not very nice. Would not recommend or stay again

Pros:

Not a lot apart from location

Cons:

It's old and very run down not maintained very well at all, loose and broken floor tiles that were dangerous to walk on and the carpet is well over due for replacement. The floor needs repairs at the entrance door and when you went out to the hallway all you could smell was curry.

Pros:

Communication was terrible. I don't think booking through a third party like booking.com is a good idea with this accommodation option.

Cons:

I have stayed here a few times and it has gotten worse every time. It was a cheap option and I was only using it as a sleep o er option. I wouldn't recommend it.

Cracked handbasin. Tape on walls. Sharp end of nail in carpet between handbasin and room cut foot x3 until we covered it. Mustydamp smell in foyer. Very uncomfortable beds. Td they in process of doing VIP rooms up really should not have used these rooms for bookings. Would NOT meet NZ healthy homes standard
