Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful and accomodating. I needed to leave my car past my stay to be picked up by someone else, the team made this very easy even when the initial collection plan changed.

Really enjoyed my stay and the complimentary buffet breakfast was excellent.
Pros:

Good location to the airport, very quiet spot away from high traffic area. 24/7 staff available and on the yellow bus transfer route to the airport.

Cons:

Beds were not soft.

Everything was great except for being awoken at night by the noise in the neighbouring property.
Pros:

Facilities, staff and breakfast was great.

Cons:

3 times during the night we were disturbed by noisy machinery lifting large containers off the back of a truck in the neighbouring property. This is despite having a deluxe room. Very disappointing that this happened.

Close to airport.

Cons:

The cost included breakfast but as we discovered this is only within their normal restaurant hours which is strange for an airport hotel with 24/7 clients. They provide a shuttle but when we arrived they suggested it was in our best interest that we take a more expensive cab. It was an early flight so just had to go with it.

Great stay and provided our essential needs, Great staff !!
Pros:

comfortable and provides the essentials
helpful staff, room service, great cleaners willing to provide extra support when asked

Cons:

personally the back/car parking door locked at 11pm - should be key accessed 247 instead of having to go through the front door, in the rain
location is too secluded and private
food menu could change daily/nightly with more options
