Cons:

Totally overcharged us for items from the minibar that we did not consume, even though I had filled in the specific form and dropped it off at reception at checkout. Called to sort out the overcharged amount, was told someone would get back to me which never happened. I won’t stay again .

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Komfortables, gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Zimmer. Sehr zentral gelegen. Sky Tower/Sky City direkt über dasselbe Gebäude erreichbar.

There's no gluten free pastries for breakfast and no bath in the room. Also no pool or jacuzzi/ sauna

New modern and convenient.
Pros:

Location was ideal and we enjoyed the new building.

Cons:

We booked a family room but didn't get the extra towels and extra tea cups for a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 children as stated in our booking. Also the entry from skycity fortuna restaurant unto the sky bridge to the horizon was made difficult because of breakdown.
