Nice to see the Horizon
Pros:

Nice and new and the rooms are really well designed. The bed is comfortable. The staff are great, the girl who checked me in was lovely and kind to deal with.

Cons:

I think it needs more facilities. The price you pay is inclusive of not having that which is good.

We always love the Horizon for its location and ease of getting to and from and parking. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable.

Our room looked out onto two internal walls - would have been good to have been warned of this when booking the room.

Chic, thoughtfully-designed facilities and fantastic staff.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with excellent variety. The room was well-appointed, with thoughtful touches (like various lighting options and a button for setting Do Not Disturb) and a wonderfully comfy bed. Also, the room service was quick and delicious!
