Pros:

Had a really good stay overall. The room was nice, clean and comfortable, and it was good value for money. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again.

Cons:

Wish there was a smoking terrace like The Grand, that would have been a nice addition. The only issue we had was two bottles of water that were apparently missing from the room. I only realised this after receiving our bond refund, so I called to query it. I know for a fact we hadn't taken them as we brought all our own drinks and snacks, and we only drink Tongariro water. The refund was sorted, which I appreciated, but it was still frustrating. Either the bottles were already missing before we arrived, or they are being pocketed when the rooms are checked and serviced.
