My go to place to stay in the city
Pros:

Fantastic hotel in great location, with excellent staff and services. Repeat customer who loves this hotel. Valet Parking team especially helpful and such a great welcome to the property

Good location. Convenient for shopping, food, convenient stores, transport.

Cons:

Generally clean except on 1 occasion, 1 bath towels was not clean. Ask for a new towel, that towel was also dirty. Quite disappointed with that.

An Aucklander who really enjoys his staycations at Horizon on Hobson
Pros:

The hotel is new and the vantage rooms are good value for a better value of Auckland city and the sparkling Waitemata harbour.
Great interconnectivity to the convention centre and sky city tower with the walkway over Hobson St.
The breakfast is excellent and the dining room has great spaces to dine at.

Cons:

Housekeeping should manage to get the rooms serviced by 4pm.
