Comfy bed but check parking availability
Cons:

It was advertised as parking available, but there actually wasn't any as it was "first come first served'.

The room was nice, but way overpriced for what it was. I understand that you increased the price for Ed Sheeran concert, but wouldn't stay here again at that kind of price.

I dealt with one staff member (a male) who was really rude and helpful regarding the parking situation, then one staff member (a female) who was really helpful and gave us suggestions on other places to park.

Pros:

Excellent no frills hotel.

Cons:

Aircon not working first night, turns out they control it at reception. Which closes at 8pm. Next night much better.

Everything about the stay was perfectly fine. The bed was comfortable and the room was tidy. The only issue was the wait

Property was good, the kitchen wasn’t very practical but useable for the price

Cons:

Had to wait 2 hours after expected check in time. The concert doors were already open by the time we got our room and we still had to get ready which we were quite disappointed about

Will always stay here.
Pros:

Great location and easy to access Ellerslie and the motorway.
Check in is easy and the rooms are clean and easy to stay in.

Cons:

Tv connection was rather slow.

I understood the package I had purchased included parking . No staff mentioned is cost either at check in or check out. I only found out when charge came through on credit card. Very poir form
