Fresh and clean with good bed.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed and friendly staff.

Cons:

No minibar in my room. Considering there isn't much around that would've been good. After 9pm no restaurants open but there was a vending machine with My Food Bag MW meals so we didn't starve.

Not happy with the service. What is your process when guests forget their belongings after checkout?
Pros:

The room was clean, but the air conditioner was very noisy.

Cons:

I arrived an hour later than my selected arrival time, but the room was still not cleaned, so I had to wait another 10–15 minutes.
I also left my chair in the room and messaged the hotel on WhatsApp the next day. They said they would update me, but I never received a response.

Nice tidy rooms in a quiet handy location.
Pros:

Was in a good spot for us - we were heading to Mount Smart for a game - so handy for the train. We lunched in Ellerslie first at a nice pub. Close to the train so easy to get about Auckland.

Cons:

Nothing really, lifts were out of order temporarily but that was it.

Pros:

The kitchen albeit small had everything you needed and exceeded expectations. Fale and Sean at reception were both super friendly and helpful. Location brilliant..walking distance to train, bus and Ellerslie Village.
We will definitely stay here again.
