For 1 night sleep was ideal. Not big enough to hang in really but good for overnight, close to Ikea.
Pros:

comfy bed, clean bedding, quiet room, easy parking, easy check in/out process

Great apartment-style hotel in a convenient location.
Pros:

A great hotel unit with modern facilities in an apartment building. Parking is convenient, the staff were welcoming with a fast response. Breakfast wasn't included as it was a semi-self-service hotel. The washing machine and dryers are equipped, making it super convenient to refresh during a several-day trip.

Cons:

The fire alarm went off during my stay, requiring an evacuation downstairs. There was no clear guidance or FYI from the hotel staff, but we made it on our own. Was expecting better risk control from the management team.

Location suited us - clean and tidy.
Quiet

Cons:

Parking charge even though completely empty. I prefer a rate that would include parking as most comparable stays do. Really you need a vehicle to get there. Short 5-8 min walk to Ellerslie for eateries but all uncovered.
Got a 1 bedroom so 1 partner could sleep in but needed to go back through bedroom to get to the bathroom

Pros:

Good price for the room. Value for money. Bed was comfortable. Location was great.

Cons:

The TV didnt get any stations. The instructions were wrong for the settings. When I mentioned it to the front desk the suggestion was to turn the TV off at the wall and turn it back on....that didnt help.
