Comfy and convenient
Pros:

Always the best, before or after a holiday. The beds are extremely comfy, on that, we will always book here if we can.

Spend the money if you can; it’s worth it.
Pros:

Beautiful fit out, fun views, very friendly and accommodating staff and delicious food at Te Kahuu restaurant, which was also very kid friendly. A real treat to add to a holiday. And of course so convenient to the international terminal.

Cons:

Wish there were pillow options; for most people the pillows would be great but I need a very thin pillow.

Beautiful relaxing airport stay
Pros:

The property was a lovely place to stay, with great proximity to the airport. The room was spotless and well equipped, as well as being quiet for a good rest. The hotel itself is beautiful and accurately reflects the best of what NZ has to offer.

Cons:

The hotel holds money on your credit card for about a week as a bond - we were there barely 5-6 hours and still had to do this. You have our credit card details so why the need?

It was a very pleasent stay and would recommend to others as long as they are prepared to pay the tarriff.
Pros:

The location is brilliant if hooking up for air travel. The decor is very nice. It is nice and quiet.

Cons:

It was a bit expensive for just a sleep.
