Pullman Auckland Airport is a modern and luxurious hotel with a great location right next to the airport.
The rooms are comfortable and well designed, the beds are very comfortable, the bed linen was clean, and the bathroom was also perfectly clean.
Overall, it is a very nice and comfortable airport hotel, but at this price and standard, we simply expected better attention to cleanliness.
For our next stay at Auckland Airport, we actually chose the Novotel directly opposite instead.
Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the room did not quite match the standard we would expect from a hotel of this class. In particular, the carpets and floors needed much more attention — we found quite a lot of hair and sand, which was disappointing for a relatively new and premium hotel.

It's a lovely hotel with excellent, attentive staff. The cafe downstairs and restaurant upstairs were both top-notch. The location next to Auckland airport's international terminal was very low stress.
