Simply Superb
Pros:

Large rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Exceptional F&B offerings. Private and serene.

Cons:

An early .am check in after midnight. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Room top notch. Early morning coffee, breakfast and breakfast staff, exceptional. Always enjoy my business stays here. Thank you.

Cons:

Staff not competent & indifferent. Room not correctly stocked and when asked to correct this staff ignored us, this was the same over two separate stays within 10 days

Beautiful, comfortable and luxurious stay just steps from the airport.
Pros:

This hotel is beautiful, comfortable, luxurious and you can literally walk to the airport. We are a family of 5 and they made sure our two rooms were together so we could access our kids through the connecting door inside the room. The rooms are truly soundproof - we did not hear the airport at all.

Great location and room size. Despite being so close to the airport you can’t hear any noise from the planes. Good light

"He Noho Pai Ki Te Arikinui" (A wonderful stay at Te Arikinui)

Second stay here in 3 weeks, convenient for drop offs & pickups at international airport,the name Te Arikinui & the cultural significance,The traditional maori carvings,the natural elements, comfort, clean, staff are warm, welcoming & Professional
