房間與走道隔音稍差，聽得清楚小孩奔跑嬉鬧聲。
Could not fault the Pullman Auckland Airport hotel, perfect for an early flight, couple of minutes walk from Hotel to International check in.
Loved the separate toilet and bathroom, quality toiletries, bath robes. Loved it, home away from home.

Charged me a (small) bond but didn’t charge a bond to other people in our group who had also booked rooms. It was reimbursed quickly.

The location of the hotel is perfect allowing for a relaxed start to a trip/holiday. The breakfast was very good indeed. The room was ok but small things have been overlooked.
The staff were very helpful and extremely pleasant and professional.
The bathroom needs some hooks to enable you to hang your robe/towel etc. The lighting in the bathroom is less than optimal, we were travelling with an elderly relative who found it very difficult to see.
There was also not a bedside reading light on both sides of the bed (we had two queen size beds in our room) this is annoying if people like to read at night.
