Pros:

The receptionists were so helpful.
The kitchen delivered a hot steaming food order to the room fast.

Conveniant location, but you pay for it.
Pros:

The location to the airport was our main reason for booking the Pullman. When having to be at the airport at 4am it is a very good option.

Cons:

At one stage we just wanted a quick vending machine type snack, but the hotel does not have anything except the mini bar in the rooms, $9 for a pack of MnMs or a cookie is rediculas. The other rediculas cost is that the bar/resturant charges $7 for a post mix soft drink.
