Paid for a room with a hot tub and my husband got electrocuted dipping his hand in the water when we turned it on. Staff admitted this hot tub had issues in the past but we were not warned of this. Extremely unsafe & disappointing

Everything was wonderful, I really enjoyed this hotel and would recommend it to anyone planning to visit.
The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping team was very attentive.

Special thanks to Igor and Maria – you made our stay even better!

Other than that, everything was perfect!

Cons:

One note I’d like to mention: there were three of us, not two, and we were charged €40 per night for the additional person. However, the sofa provided was not comfortable. It would be great to have a larger mattress or a proper sofa bed if extra fees are being charged.

Absolutely the best choice! 1000% recommended!
Spotlessly clean hotel with everything looking brand new, modern, and very well maintained. Perfect location, close to both the airport and the center of Heraklion. The breakfast was excellent, and the jacuzzi was a wonderful bonus that made our stay even more relaxing.
A special thank you to Maria at the reception. Despite her young age, she is extremely professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. We first arrived at Hotel Georgia, where she warmly welcomed us and clearly guided us to our room. Her positive attitude and care truly elevated our entire experience.
Outstanding service, exceptional cleanliness, and great facilities. Without a doubt, the best option for your holidays..highly recommended!

Un nido d'amore dove ascoltare le onde del mare
Pros:

La posizione di fronte al mare, la cura e l'eleganza degli spazi. Immergersi nella Jacuzzi guardando e sentendo le onde del mare.
L'appartamento nuovo è completamente attrezzato, pulito e arredato con ottimo gusto.
