Very pleased
Pros:

Great location, very clean and comfortable rooms and wonderful staff. Very helpful and welcoming. Big thanks to Christine in reception her attention to customer service was fantastic.

Work needs doing on that stupid smoke detector issue that leaks water, overall should’ve been better for the money we pa

The property was new & clean

Cons:

We had issues with a leak in our room that soaked my suitcase n clothes after being out all day n coming back to that was annoying! The staff didn’t offer an upgrade which I think would have been an appropriate solution in a situation like that! as well as booking a double bed room where there was 2 single beds in it!

Great stay
Pros:

Loved the whole place. We stayed at the satellite apartments with a kitchen and walked the 3 minutes the the hotel with the pool.
The room was well equipped and the hotel staff were amazing.
The pool itself was clean and comfortbale.
The beach was a 1 minute walk from the pool or 5 minutes from the apartment.
There were lots of resturants near by. We also had a nice meal at the other sister hotel about 12 mins walk away, which was exceptional.
Overall highly recommend this place for a relaxed, beach/pool holiday

Pros:

Καινούργια δωμάτια, μοντέρνα! Παρέχουν πετσέτες, μπουρνούζια και καθαρισμός δωματίου την δεύτερη μέρα! Πολύ καλύτερα τοποθεσία καθώς είναι κοντά σε θάλασσα με πολλές επιλογές για beach bar, υπεραγορές και καταστήματα σουβενίρ. Πολύ καλή επικοινωνία με τ προσωπικό!

Cons:

Δεν είναι πολύ καλός ο φωτισμός μέσα στο δωμάτιο.

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel - La propreté de la chambre
Le jacuzzi sur la terrasse

Cons:

La clé de la porte de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas et il n'y avait personne à l'accueil. Heureusement la dame de ménage a pu nous ouvrir la porte. Nous avons été obligé d'aller dans l'hôtel à côté afin d'obtenir une autre clé avec un code différent.

Cons:

Die Terrasse mit dem Wirlpool war direkt am Gang neben der Rezeption Jeder konnte auf die Terrasse und ins Zimmer schauen. Außerdem war der Gang zu den anderen Apartments direkt angeschlossen.
