מוגזם מאוד למרות שאחרי שיח איתם הם הורידו קצת.
ועוד דבר אחד קטן בדירה שדיי מעצבן וחייב לטפל בו
במקלחת אין מתלה מגבות ובכלל אין מקום למגבת
פרט שולי אבל מעצבן נורא

Great location and good property.
Pros:

Great ligation and internal decor. Very well refurbished.

Perfect place!
Pros:

3 floors with 1 unit on each floor. No common areas except outside in the public areas which was fine for us. Many stairs if you have luggage. The owner was there when we got there and carried our luggage up the stairs. He was awesome and more than helpful. The location is perfect and right in the center of everything. Rooms not huge but so cozy and clean and priced perfect! East to get ubers from and walk to everything! Great place!

Cons:

The 3rd floor people didn't arrive until 1am and were not quiet banging their suitcases all the way up the stairs but that is just ignorance and nothing to do with the owner.
